I came in last night just to get a couple of snacks and when I tell you how hot the store was in there was ridiculous how could you let anyone work inside a store without air conditioning bad enough it’s hot in there… it’s unethical and irresponsible of anyone who’s running the store not to get this issue fixed . Someone can faint due to the heat .

First let me say I was a faithful 7-11 customer for years and happen to come to this am pm one morning and due to the wonderful employees and happy atmosphere have been coming to this store ever since. Nelly, Gladys and the gentleman that work there are awesome! HERES THE ISSUE RIGHT NOW: the air conditioner is out and has been for days. It’s like the heater is on in summer. I am in HR and that environment is horrible for the employees and customers are complaining as well. Which also affects the employees. Please get it fixed before customers start finding convenient stores that are comfortable and not stifling hot! Please show your employees who work so hard for you that you care!! Fans don’t cut it in this weather! August is the hottest month of the year and no one should work in those conditions!!

Came here with my family and they had CLEAN RESTROOMS. Very clean. It was a huge plus and I will be coming here as much as possible now

I was at this AMPM store Saturday July 23, 2022 and I wanted to take a min to give someone praise. Nancy was working the register and she was the nicest, most polite, delightful and overall wonderful employee of any gas station in California I’ve had an interaction with. Being from Texas and missing the “Southern Hospitality” that Texas offers for me this was worth taking a min to say thank you!!

This Arco gas station is a pretty good one. It is centrally located right off of Warner Avenue in Sun Valley. It makes it super easy for me to get to this location when I drop my kids off at school. Both of my kids got a fountain Valley high school which is right around the corner. Also this location is right across the street from the car wash. They'll dislocation itself does not have a car wash it it's easy to get a little gas at this Arco gas station to go ride around the corner and get your car washed. Kind of like a two for one if you really need it. The people that work inside the location is really nice. I'm surprise this place doesn't have any reviews. It's been here for a long time so I'm not sure how this is the first review but I guess I will definitely be the first want to leave it. All in all this gas station is pretty good The gas pumps have a lot of space between them so it makes it easy for the cars to get in and out. Plus most gas stations in the morning or super packed with people getting gas for work but luckily this gas station is not that packed so it's easy for you to get you guys pretty quick and get out. The pumps a really clean as well.

Meh. I always have a problem at a pump. More than once I gave up and went to Chevron. I only use it when I need gas and might not make it to work. I should just use the very expensive Chevron instead.
