I have had to reach the billing department countless times as many of my clients use Antech. Their customer service has been absolutely atrocious every time. I suggest using a different company for your lab diagnostics if you have to deal with the billing department at all.

I would say that Antech Diagnostics' customer service is poor (which, would already be an extremely kind appraisal) but, in reality, they have no customer service. They also lack any integrity or ethical awareness whatsoever. In a nutshell, ANTECH DIAGNOSTICS took $340 of my money for an expedited 'service' relating to feline bloodwork that is necessary to satisfy Hawai'i's strict animal import regulations and then NEVER PROVIDED THE SERVICE. The bloodwork passes through 3 separate departments (primary care veterinary provider; ANTECH; Kansas State University Rabies Laboratory (KSU)) who coordinate with one another in order to process your animal's blood sample. However, despite receiving the correct paperwork from my regular (and reliable) vet, Antech failed to pass on this critical information to KSU, whose sole responsibility is to test and process the blood, before passing on the results tothe Hawaiian Department of Agriculture. As a result, the 'STAT' service I paid for (which significantly decreases the testing and processing time) was never delivered. Here is the process in all its idiot-proof simplicity: 1) VET (Bloodwork taken and STAT service request passed to ANTECH). 2) ANTECH (receive request and payment and pass on blood with STAT service request). 3) KSU (receive paperwork with STAT service explicitly specified and process blood) However, while the STAT service paperwork and payment was passed to ANTECH, it never reached KSU. Additionally, the money specifically apportioned to the STAT service was received by ANTECH, yet never passed on to KSU. This means $340 (STAT service fee) of the $1000 total paid to my vet for all services -- along with the STAT service categorization on the paperwork -- CATEGORICALLY never reached KSU. This means it was taken by ANTECH. In essence, ANTECH DIAGNOSTICS have undertaken what can only be described as 'daylight robbery'. I have been in contact with both my primary care provider and KSU to identify the weak link in this process; direct email confirmation and copies of the paperwork i) sent to ANTECH and ii) received by KSU corroborate the conclusion that ANTECH dropped the ball. Yet, they have made no effort whatsoever to right their wrong. No apology, no refund, no acknowledgment even that any of this happened. In fact, despite reaching out to them on numerous occasions over the course of the past 8 days, I have been bluntly ignored. It is now growing increasingly clear that they have no intention of admitting fault or doing the honest (and right) thing and refunding the money they so happily took for services not rendered. They ought to be utterly, utterly ashamed of their dishonest, deceitful, and downright disgusting conduct. It is such a sadness that any company with such a painfully conspicuous and abysmal moral character is able to continue to operate when they practice with such questionable and fraudulent intent. I have tried this Lab twice and had very poor results each time. First I was just needing a CBC and chemistry run on a patients blood. By the time I got the results the patient had passed. The next time they sent my trich sample all over the us till the sample wasn't any good to test, so I had to call the owner and have them bring the bull back in to get a new sample. The new Lab I use has a turn around for a trich test of 24-48 hours.

I worked for Antech for almost a year. They fired me like my time was not a priority. Management doesn't care, clients are rude and feel as if they control your job. Work ethic and employee appreciation is not Antechs priority. Do not work here

This review is for Ginger who is a dispatch operator for dispatch west. I was calling to schedule a pickup (admittedly past the morning time window). Despite that she contacted the driver and was able to coordinate a pickup for our location. Throughout the call she was all grace and courtesy. Going out of your way to help someone when you don't have to makes all the difference sometimes. Well done Ginger!
