My husband and I have been doing are taxes here for several years, Jorge is somewhat knowledgeable but it's so awkward every time we come. I can't afford this place anymore. It's getting too expensive, and it seems like every year I have to wait longer and longer despite having an appointment. Last year I waited for over an hour to see him, and a little over an hour to get my taxes done. I think I'll go somewhere else this year.

Jorge Rocha is a great business man however, his staff are the absolute worst. They are very rude and unprofessional. I've had 3 bad encounters with the staff and this finale encounter ruined my perception of Azteca Tax Services. Ana, especially, I was on the phone asking a question about service fees and when she didn't provide an answer to my question, I asked to speak to someone who did. I told her she gave me 2016 tax copy's instead of 2018 tax copy's. I also said it was very unprofessional to not give the correct tax forms, she got very upset by that statement and started yelling something and hung up. I'm absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received and will not be coming here again.

Everyone here is friendly enough but I came to them with a form that the IRS sent me. I came in on April 14th asking them what we can do so the IRS doesn't deduct from my tax return. Jorge told me to go home and send him my tax information so they can prepare this form for me and send it off. I didn't hear from him for days then they called and said it was done and I have to pay $75. I go in and pay the $75 but they tell me it hasn't been sent off yet. They inform me I have to send it off! I look at all the paperwork they gave me and there is nothing in there that I couldn't print out myself and send to the IRS. They didn't even provide a damn stamp until I asked them! So all in all, I paid them $75 to make copies. They did not answer my questions or assist me further in trying to figure out what additional information I needed to send to save from deduction. I will never go back nor will I suggest anyone go to them for any tax help. They are NOT a professional tax service provider.
