Amazing experience. Guy was so professional and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the work he did. I checked out several other jewelers and I chose Ballard and Ballard because they were trustworthy and that’s important to me especially with expensive jewelry.

Had one of the best encounters of customer service in a long while here! The owner and their son, Landon, were so helpful and transparent with a repair of a vintage piece. They could have easily upsold me, but were instead honest with their evaluation. The owner even went as far as to fix a broken clasp for me for free! So kind. Would absolutely recommend this family owned business to everyone! Thank you all for reminding me that there is still kindness to be found out in professional establishments.

Ballard & Ballard is a jewelry store that after your first visit it will become your life long jeweler. Customer service is top notch. The custom diamond ring I had made was simply above and beyond what I was expecting. Quality and craftsmanship really stood out compared to the other rings I have been looking at over the last six months.

Ballard was very helpful in walking me and my fiancée through the process of resizing a heirloom ring. In addition, his presentation of several options (detailed visuals) with various price ranges made the process so much faster and stress-relieving, made more so with his friendliness, warmth and care. Finally, his results were eye-catching, and everything me and my fiancée hoped for. I highly recommend Ballard for his industrious, pristine work alone. His strong communication and care however, are the icing on the cake.

We were recommended from a friend after they had a great, comfortable experience. We were looking for a custom wedding band to match the unique design of my engagement ring to make the bands flush. Guy was very understanding and gave his expert advice while listening to my vision in wanting different shades of blue gemstones. We were from out of town, and they were super accommodating to our schedules and communicative via email and text about different changes we were thinking of. Looking forward to working with them in the future for any needs, I would highly recommend them!

Wow! I went in to get some batteries for my watches and to have one fitted. This place is wonderful. Customer service is top notch. The front desk gal (bummed i didn't get her name) was delightful she told me the cost and then Joyce Jansen came out and said she would fit my watch and change the batterie right then so I had a watch to wear. She was so great and really helpful and made sure the watch was just right on my wrist. I left 3 other watches and picked them up the next day as it was at closing time. Puck them up and the gal that helped me was just as kind and friendly. Just love this place and will be doing all my batteries and jewelry with them. So happy I found this place. Thank you so much for everything.

I love everything about Ballard and Ballard Jewelry Store. Everyone was super nice and extremely helpful. I took a necklace to be repaired, an earring to be turned into a pendant, and three rings to be resized. They did an exceptional job in a very timely manner. They even cleaned my rings including one I was wearing that I didn’t get any work done to it. I highly recommend them for your sentimental pieces. They will treasure them as much as you do and treat you with respect.
