Never enough employees at this branch, and this has pretty much been the case for the decades I have lived .2 miles from it. No one to blame for this except Bank of America in the corporate sense. It must be disappointing to see such poor reviews of their place of employment. I worked in banking for years and unless things have changed, the tellers are very underpaid. Would be nice if they were raised up to what is planned for fast food workers-($20 per hour) by our governor. As far as this particular branch I utilize the ATM but drive a further distance if I have to go inside.

I usually just use this bank for the super convinient drive thru ATM which I usually love but today, while going through, i requested a withdraw amount and it gave me $100 SHORT with NO RECIPT!! Then it just gave me my card and told me to have a good day. I pulled aside to check my online BOA if they had actually charged me the full amount and they did! The bank was closed so i couldnt ask for my 100$. I hope it was just a glitch and they arent out there stealing this money!

Hello i dont bank with BofA but came in to get take care of a check issue. Horrible line out the door nd 2 tellers and one is for hanipcap. A employee walking around helping people at the back of the line. Horrible customer service at this branch no sense of urgency. The rest of the employees are walking around even just talking to each other and talking to friends in line. Day before 4the of July staff according especially. Absolutely horrible sad to know this is one of the biggest banks. I will never be bank that's why I bank with Schools First

I'm pretty patient but Bank America has no respect for our time . The line is long and there are workers just standing around. Many unhappy people here

Since I have the time standing in line, why not? 6 people in front of myself, average 5 minutes a person, I'm 30 mins away from being helped. I'm one of the lucky ones, 8 people standing behind me, with only 2 tellers! At this point they needed to provide chairs for people in line they know they need more tellers, yet here we are. Then they have the audacity to ask if I want to open an account. These tellers must be doing stand up as a second job. BTW, Daniel the manager that walks around doing nothing is a major CREEPER!

My account was withdrawn 5K with the stolen check. I came to the branch and met some banker who told me to sign up and he was ready to talk to me. The receptionist then told me I need to take an appointment. I tried to convince the receptionist that the situation is urgent and I need to block my account or need advices for further actions. He told me to call 1 800. I found this 'help' is not acceptable for such emergency situation.

Worst bank location ever and worst service as well! If I could give negative stars I would give it a negative five l. I don't know how this bank is still open. It's always packed because there is always one teller open whenever I go and the rest of the workers are just standing around doing nothing or chatting with each other. If you unfortunately do go to this bank be prepared to waste half your day in line. No matter how how early you wake up or late you go, there will always be a huge line because of the slow service. This is the last place I would ever want to be!

This place is the worst. Two ladies at the door refused services to two Hispanic people needing services inside, stating they didn't have any Spanish speaking staff inside to help. When I walked up to my teller. As we were chatting, I asked him if he spoke Spanish, he replied yes of course. What's wrong with these ladies? Why are you refusing to help the people that need it the most? And it was simply letting them come inside. And I'd like to also note, that I observed several Hispanic employees. Not sure if they were fluent in Spanish, as I didn't ask every single employee. But I know for sure at least one employee did. None of this is ok. Management really needs to counsel some of their employees.

Slowest tellers. Timed 2 of them and transaction took 8 mins and the other 13 minutes. Too slow. When I was a teller I was average 1-2 minutes per transaction

I had the best experience as a customer at BOA unfortunately I did have to close my account due to personal reasons. I sat down Ricardo Ramirez and we did open a new line of credit w/ a new card he provided me with so much information that I wasn't aware of and most of the time at the bank you just want to enter and leave. This time it was different I had the best conversation with him. He is very dedicated on what he does and really cares about the customers of BOA.

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE. All the negative reviews are true. Horrible customer service and their attitude is pure SHHit. I'm taking my services to Chase Bank. Fuck BOA
