I used to like this location. James & Hugo are always beyond awesome. Yet, today I had a terrible experience with a female Vietnamese manager there. (I was so upset that I forgot to get her name). She told me I couldn't do a wire transfer today because all workers were on vacation except for one. Her manner & attitude are so authoritative and arrogant. She should know a bad attitude is like a flat tire. She can't go anywhere in life with that. I miss Hugo because she is the opposite from him. He's the best.

Worst bank ever. The line would be 20 persons long and they would still have only one cashier opened. Worse, couple BoA people walk up and down the line asking people if they need help, over and over again.They make the DMV looks like paradise. How the manager of this branch gets to keep his/her job is unreal. Probably explain why BoA has one of the lowest rating in consumer segment

Just walked out of BofA branch in Fountain Valley. Waited in line for 15 min and still had 10 people ahead of me with only two tellers open. This is a common complaint that they appear to not care about and do nothing about it. Sad way to treat customers.

I spent 26 minutes on the phone this morning to ask a general, very easy to answer question and got transferred to 2 different people, when the very simple answer was "it will take 1 to 2 business days." My god, every single time I call it's a big ordeal. I am switching banks, get your sh*#% together!

I've been coming to this bank location for 8 years. My average wait time is about 25 minutes. Why? Well I'm standing here right now and there's 10 people ahead of me and they have one teller working. 6 stations but only one is used. Yet they have 10 other employees walking around doing "banking." Sorry but the Trillion dollar BOA has no excuse to not hire more people. The employees are nice at this location though.

They have six spots for tellers, but they never have more than one working no matter how long the line is. The manager don't care about the inconvenience to the customers and blame it on corporate decisions! Unfortunately there is no zero stars in the reviews I would have used here. I have been a customer since 1993 and I'm seriously thinking about moving my personal and business accounts to another customer friendly bank ( if there is such a think).

Complete scam bank, wouldn't let me cash a check. They said we don't cash checks here and the person at the front said he's worked here for 20 years and we don't cash checks from other banks. He's a complete liar. If you want complete rudeness delivered to you, this is the bank for you.

The line to see a teller is out the door with only two tellers working at an extremely slow pace while several employees work the floor and sit in their office. Horrible management decision making. They will help right away in the office if you want to open an account or take out a loan, but if you need to deal with a transaction for an account you already have open you will literally be left waiting hours in line. People have to busy of schedules to deal with this nonsense. Go to the BOA off Brookhurst in Huntington Beach. There is a line, but it moves very quickly.

The wait is just to long to see a teller. Lines are always long but they only have 2 tellers working BUT they have an army of people on the floor to help with the ATM or just to greet people. Seriously?!? Can't train one or two of those guys to do teller work as well to help with the lines.

We arrived at 9a.m. and once inside we were warmly greeted by Jason the branch manager. We needed a rushed notary service which always requires an appointment. Linda the notary in the branch was able to accommodate us and was great to work with. I highly recommend this branch due to the exceptional service we received. Thank you Jason and Linda for the awesome customer service!!!

27 minutes and still in line. Wait time is ridiculous. Terrible management of resources as tellers are helping ppl who need to be directed to personal bankers and/or on the phone with customer service while there is a 14 person line. This is during non peak time also, 11am.

I would give 0 stars if that were a choice. Not enough tellers - ever. Wait is always 20 minutes or more but always several "official" looking employees walking around with ipads doing nothing to help customers. Many days their computers are "down" preventing help for in person customers. Some days you cannot make a deposit when computers are down. Do not go to Bank of America!
