I hate to say it but it looks like a pigpen out front. The trash receptacles are full and overflowing in the trash can. They should have been picking it up like every couple hours. If they need to see it there's someone should be out there and then cleaning the

Only reason it does not get 1 star service is because of Daisy and the guy in the beanie on Wednesday evening. Daisy is one of those employees that drives business. Her level of professionalism with customers and her fellow employees was evident this evening. She was coaching and leading everyone behind the counter in a very calm manner. Her leadership skills were definitely on display. The rest of the team responded well to her except for the guy in glasses and a hat. He was rude when she asked him to place a pizza in the oven. He then came back to make my pizza. When I asked for him to add ricotta he rudely stated my type of pizza only has two toppings. I asked if that meant I couldn’t add toppings and he said no. The worker in the beanie must have noticed my reaction because he stepped in to help him and clarified that I could add toppings but it would make it a regular priced pizza and not a special priced pizza. I told him I was ok with it and my pizza was made. Came to Blaze because I thought I could add whatever I wanted to my pizza. Big difference between telling a customer “no” You can’t add toppings and “yes” You can add toppings for a extra charge. Guy with the glasses and hat needs some customer service coaching.

Can’t go wrong with a build your own pizza. This is a nice size location, very clean, with plenty of indoor seating. The ingredients at Blaze are always fresh and there’s a good selection to make your pizza just how you like it.

August 2023 by Mr.BuffetSoCal ..
I recently had the misfortune of visiting Blaze Pizza, an experience that I can only describe as horrendous. The multitude of issues that marred my visit ranged from understaffing and inefficiency to downright incompetence, culminating in a dining experience that left me both frustrated and appalled.Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a sense of chaos that permeated the establishment. One overworked lady was left to juggle the roles of both preparing multiple pizzas and handling cash transactions. This fundamental failure in staffing was not just noticeable; it was glaringly evident and inexcusable. The fact that she received no assistance from anyone else in the establishment speaks to a shocking lack of support from management. But the staffing issue was just the tip of the iceberg. The delays that ensued were beyond frustrating, extending to at least half an hour. Such a level of sluggishness was not only unprofessional but showed an utter disregard for the value of customers' time. The term "super slow" doesn't even begin to cover the tardiness that I endured. What compounded my dissatisfaction was the discovery that some of the pizzas were burnt. This was not just a minor oversight; it was a testament to the lack of care and attention that went into the preparation. Burnt food is not just unpalatable; it's a sign of negligence in the kitchen. How such a fundamental error could be made is beyond comprehension and reflects poorly on the establishment's commitment to quality. When I attempted to voice my concerns, I was met with a response that was nothing short of pitiful. The management's suggestion to fill out an online complaint form was a transparent attempt to evade responsibility. It was not only lazy but showed a complete lack of understanding of customer service. The online reviews further confirmed my suspicions, filled with generic responses and unhelpful suggestions. It was clear that the management was content to hide behind empty words rather than address the genuine concerns of their patrons. The overall environment was chaotic, the atmosphere uninviting, and the lack of leadership was palpable. From the understaffing to the agonizing delays, the unprofessional response from management, the burnt pizzas, and the overall neglect, my experience at Blaze Pizza was nothing short of a disaster. In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone considering a visit to Blaze Pizza to think not just twice, but multiple times. The myriad of issues that plague this establishment reflects a brand that has lost its way, content to disregard the very principles that define good customer service. Until there is a significant change in how Blaze Pizza operates, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this place to anyone.Blaze Pizza, you have not only lost a customer but have gained a vocal critic. Your failure to meet even the most basic standards of quality and service is a blemish on your reputation that won't be easily erased. It's time to take a long, hard look at your business and make the necessary changes. Until then, I will continue to inform others of your shortcomings, in the hope that they may avoid the frustration and disappointment that I endured.

Picked up a pizza to go, I ordered on line, I was given a bracket of time that the pizza would be ready. I picked it up and it was cold, the crust was soggy. I won't be going back.

The service here is really lacking. They desperately need a manager to increase their efficiency. Employees look at each other, trying to decide who should build the pizza. And when they do, it's painstakingly slow and they're extremely chintzy on the quantity they give you.Our pizza sat waiting to be cooked for about 10 minutes, I finally requested that they put them in the oven. This was my second experience with them in the last couple weeks, so I know it's not a an isolated incident.

Employees do not care about the customer. They pick who they want to help and others, like us, have to wait while they are simply sitting and talking to each other while on their personal phones. I'd love to speak to the poor management about their disgraceful blaze pizza location. This was an embarrassing moment for the brand I will make sure all of my peers and followers know about the blatant racism that occurs here

Placed an order via their own app for delivery. Order was processed and later cancelled without a phone call or explanation. All attempts to contact the store failed. If they aren't out of business, they should be soon. It's a shame they used to have good service and pizza. Now the only thing the deliver is Horrible customer experience. I was bummed I had to actually give them a star.

I have gone to the Pizza Press at the Edwards Metro Point for years. Unfortunately, for the last year or so their customer service has taken a turn for the worst, so I've been on the hunt for something comparable and Blaze Pizza is not only comparable, it far exceeds the Pizza Press at Metro Point. The crust is so much better and they take their time preparing your pizza the way you want it. I've found a new weekend hangout.
