My family and I always do our grocery shopping here. The prices aren't too bad, and the produce is great. The cashiers are always friendly, and it feels clean inside the supermarket.

This is my go to grocery store. I love the brand Cleo & Leo, the prices are good, and the employees are great. They always say hi to my little girl while we check out.

Ever since the pandemic, I have tried to justify why Stater Bros produce has gone to shit! Well, no more! Doesn't matter if it's fruit or vegetable. It will be rotten in the middle! And I'm done! Now I just by frozen!But over Labor Day weekend, I gave them another chance..... I bought a mini watermelon for 2.50.Why was I even surprised?.... it was on the verge, I took a big bite out of the middle.... it was so gross! But it looked so good! And don't get me started about the potatoes and onions! I'm so disappointed....

The meat department HARDLY EVER has their bacon cheddar patties available. I go shopping in the afternoon, and I think once they run out for the day the meat clerks with the later shifts don't want to make more... Very disappointing... This isn't an issue at other locations..

Customer Service, Stater Bros. In fountain valley , CA ( off Euclid & warner ave) has beef loin flap priced at $7.99 yesterday ... Guy at the meat section checked their price as well and did nothing about it. False email advertising or Manager of the store did not get the memo?

I've been coming here for years and they keep charging me for bags I bring with me. I even told them I have my own bags but they did it again. And I showed it to the cashier. But they charged me for my own bag. If you're going to charge me for a bag, give me a new bag. Watch out if you come to this Stater Brothers. What else are they charging me for that I didn't buy, huh? Buyer beware. Too bad I can't give zero star rating. Not recommended.

I have been a loyal stater brothers patron for over 40 years. I grew up in Redlands and my dad loved the stores and the fact it was a family ran business and I have always preferred them over larger chains due to that fact. I go to this particular location 2/3x a week and spend at least $500 a week there easily for at least 3 years. I have large dogs that eat raw meat and the entire staff knows me here. As of today I will no longer give my hard earned money to stater brothers as they now decided to put a HUGE bud light display at the entrance of the store. For the record I have zero phobias or discrimination of any kind. I lost trust in stater brothers for promoting a brand that is AGAINST family values and the fact stater brothers management is so out of touch with current affairs......

tl,dr: Good if you rly need it. Likes: - Ample parking for cars. - Close to home and Mile Square Park. Convenient for a picnic! - Provides various things you might need, including sanitary products, gifts, and of course groceries! - On a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't crowded at all. They rang me up lickety-split. Non-likes: - No bike rack. - Their sanitation wipes dispenser at the store entrance was empty. - Kinda expensive. - I saw the tag say 2/$3 each sale on the Doritos Chips. I got two, yet my receipt came out to be $3.50 each. Did the cashier forget to enter the discount code or something? I bet someone, employee or manager, is laughing their hats off right now. Unless I missed something, in which case please help explain so I can take advantage of the sales next time. - Their parking lot seems to be frequently visited by the homeless and drug users. This may not be on the SB, but it's an FYI to you the customer to beware before visiting.

I ve been shopping here since 1987, but the influx of aggressive,crazy tweakers and all their tweaker trash makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. Who is more important, the loyal,regular customers who spend their cash in your business, or the meth fueled zombies in the parking lot?! It's one or the other for me, I ll be driving to Albertsons for now on. Look at their photos for help deciding if you want your family in that lot!

just came to the deli and ordered chicken and a girl in the back where i can see is dropping chicken. she is not using gloves to bread the chicken!! using her bear hands to bread the chicken even scraped off the breading with her nails. gross!! i even saw it .i called too and even ordered it and she said it will take 1 hour. and said shes by herself. i saw two people when i arrived in the deli. she took my order right away with no problem but couldnt take my order over the phone. rude and poor customer service over the phone. it took about ten minute to answer but another dept answer.

I went into Stater Bros this morning, not really feeling up to it, but needed a couple of items. I didn't see my bottled water on the shelf and was somewhat frustrated. However, I asked a worker standing close by about it. I was for sure he was going to tell me that they were all out, but instead he went to the back, even though he was in the middle of another task. He came back out with a smile and my bottled water. When I got to the car, I felt so tired and didn't really want to pick up the heavy water along with everything else, and again, I saw someone standing close by and asked if he could me put the water in my trunk. Not only did he quickly help me, he even took the time to put everything else in my trunk and took the cart. Their names are James & Daniel and they sure made my shopping trip a great one!!! Nowadays, you can't find customer service like this anymore...I love it.

Just want to leave a good word for Danny M. at the check-out counter. He patiently waited for me to grab an item I had forgotten and politely showed me how to enter my information to redeem the Digital Deals coupons (saved me some money!)--all while working quickly to complete my order and pack my items. His friendly and pleasant demeanor made this trip to the store a positive experience. Thank you for the great customer service!

I went in after work because I desperately needed something to unclog my shower drain. Thank god some worker named Andy was there to help me pick out the best liquid. He gave great customer service.
