“Kevin was incredible. My MacBook Pro screen broke and I needed it repaired fast. I couldn’t get an appointment at Apple for a week, Best Buy said they’d just send it to Apple and would be a couple weeks, and UBreakiFix said it would be 5 days to diagnose it before shipping the part then repairing. Kevin got it done in 1 day. You can tell him and his supplier both care about customer service since his wholesaler drove the new screen to him same day instead of shipping it. I’m very grateful for him and will be back to Experimax first next time something breaks.”

As always, David the tecicician, received me minutes after my arrival and immidiately jumped to work and within minutes handed my computer to me fully functional. “I found Sean on Yelp when I was in Costa Mesa, trying to just sell my laptop for parts. I previously (about a year prior to finding Sean) took my laptop to some guys in Huntington Beach. They told me there was nothing they could do for me to fix the laptop, unless I purchased a whole new motherboard. Wrong. Sean was amazing! He told me he could fix my laptop and did it faster than I could have ever expected!! Sean reached out, was very kind, communicative and even patient with me. I highly recommend Sean! He is amazing, trustworthy person to work with!”

“EWorld Computers honestly deserves more hype. I brought my laptop in because it was running super slow and kept crashing, and the owners took care of it like it was their own. They explained everything clearly, fixed the issue fast, and did not overcharge me at all. When I picked it up, it felt brand new and way faster and smoother than before. The owners are hella sweet and you can see how much they truly care about helping people. The quality of their work is amazing and the pricing is really fair. I will definitely come back and recommend them to everyone.”

“I have been going to NCSTec for years for my computer needs. Neil is very knowledgeable in everything about computers and beyond. He diagnoses the problems easily and always successfully solves the issues quickly. He is always current with new technologies. Don't go to those big computer stores where they work slow and charge you high costs. Also you don't know who would repair your computer and what they would do to your confidential data. I do not trust anyone else but Neil at NCSTec for my computer repair and maintenance.”

“Skip the online and mass market computer builders and call PC Buzz first if you are shopping for a custom desktop. They will help you find the right components to match your needs with no upselling and build you a top quality, reliable machine at an excellent price. In my case, with a high-end gaming build, for an equivalent machine they saved me thousands over the online custom sellers. Just as importantly, you will have access to local service and support. I'm glad I found them.”

One phone call and a quick conversation with this gentlemen helped me to understand the cluster of numbers hz volts inputs outputs that was boggling my mind and he took his time to explain these things , his demeanor and patience was outstanding !!!! Thank you so much Sean !!!”

“Exceptional customer service, unbeatable prices, and lightning-fast delivery make this office supply company a true standout. Sheri is super easy to work with and her response time and customer service are top notch. Regal's product selection is vast, covering everything from essential paper and printer ink to specialty items such as vinyl signage and business cards. Every order has arrived ahead of schedule, and the quality has always exceeded expectations. Their prices are better than all of the national supply chains (and if it's not they will meet or beat it). If I could give Regal more than 5 stars I would!”

“These guys still carry and sell a device that is a MUST HAVE if you own the original Buffalo TeraStation! For those that have no idea what I'm talking about other than the brand, the originals were 1TB RAID (4 x 250 IDE/PATA drives and the RAID works only with Buffalo's proprietary system) When unit dies (and it will) you will lose it all! Enter "Dat Optic's Qbox-U" with the Standard IDE/PATA controller, one of the last of it's kind still on the market. Re-set drive jumpers to Cable Select and put them in the Qbox in the EXACT order they were in the TeraStation. Set the Qbox to combine the drives then hit it with recovery software. POOF! If it was a Buffalo system board issue as is usually the case, there you are looking at the data and Buffalo OS. Back the data up and blow the drives away then reformat and start over I have now saved 5 TeraStations and may just buy more of the Qboxes. The box cost is little..the Recovery software hurts more but for under $200 TOTAL, you can do this all day long!”
