This place and their prices...No wonder they're stocked full of either cheap stuff or 'high end, high prices,' but that's crazy, no one wants to spend $500+ on ONE second hand item lol. Not to mention it smells like a huge fart bomb in there. But really, big yuck for this company's greed, takes all the fun out of the thrift!

First let me say the place is clean and well organized no funky smell lile savers . Super disapointed with their selection . The designer bags and wallet are very close to retail unless beat up damaged or stain than its about half off for beyond repair bags .it use to be a lot of semi luxury to luxury brand now it has become ridiculous . Jeans r brand u find at tj max or ross for 15 to 30$ used .no big names clothes were zara ( which is now fast fashion) they were reselling FREE lv outfit given to staff for a 150$ ??? the prices are oit of control and ridiculous . Few michael kors ( you ate better off going to the outlet) and some brand u find at macys.... this isnt what it used to be prices went up and quality went down . Hard pass for this store ....

Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of selling your stuff here. They always rip you off. I’ve tried multiple times with different items, but they hardly ever take anything, just one or two items at most. They’ll tell you it’s not what they’re after, but I’ve seen the exact same stuff on their shelves. One time, they said they don’t take Pokémon tins anymore, but lo and behold, they had them on my last visit. Another time, I brought my clothes, all neatly bundled, but one guy barely glanced at them, said they couldn’t take any, and didn’t even bother to check properly. Total waste of time.

They bought a Star Wars T-shirt from me for $2, when I asked what they were going to sell it for, she said $10. Poor payout to me, should have got more don't you think ? Seller beware.

AIGHT, IDK WHY this place has such a low score unless it's NORMIES giving them or people who are unhappy with donating things or their purchases, but from the perspective of an ANIME & KAWAII obsessed mind this place is FREAKING AMAZING. Before I start off this review, BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE BIGGEST W TO COME OUT OF KOREA SINCE BTS, their worker, CASEY. I LOVE shopping for second hand anime goods and merchandise since it bypasses the extra step of me purchasing blind boxes and not getting characters that I want, pre-ordering at FULL price, or suffering physically at an anime con, BUT my BIGGEST issue with stores like Book Off is that NOTHING is really organized and it becomes an absolute claustrophobic nightmare where unless I'm supremely caffeinated and can pull up my own chair, there's no way I can sift through the trenches happily to seek everything that I want. Casey with his anime and niche hobby knowledge has organized the store in such a way where I do not have to endure this sifting hellscape on Earth and I'm eternally grateful for that. Say no more, Eco Town is actually insanely organized in comparison to Book Off. All the kawaii plushies and items are together, there's a section for Poke'mon and Squishmallow plushies, the fast fashion Demon Slayer and JJK plushies are together, western series/merchandise/toys/Funko Pops etc. are grouped together, the shonen series figures (DBZ, Naruto, JJK, etc.) are grouped together, prize figures in the prize figure section, the small trinket items like acrylics and key chains are also separated into the anime fast fashion categories for Demon Slayer and JJK, etc. I almost DON'T want to write this review and gate keep this place since I purchased an ENTIRE cart full of goods for INSANELY good prices. I have NEVER seen prize figures priced at under $30 unless its MAYBE at a con for a common series OR if someone is desperately trying to get rid of it on Mercari or something, but I was able to get a PLETHORA of FGO (Fate Grand Order) prize figurines that I failed to get when they first released. This also includes a Fate Extra CCC Bride Nero figure too! I'm not a Rider Ishtar fan but I saw a figure that I have NEVER seen be sold in person before. These were all under $35 too which is INSANE to me. They also had the new Tsukihime remake Arcueid prize figure here too. For all you Type Moon heads, ya gotta stop by here. ALSO, I was able to get Duffy and Friends (Tokyo Disney/Disney Asia) merchandise here for under $35, which is INSANE if you're into these little cute friends. The plushies sold here I have seen gone for $60 AT THE CHEAPEST. Absolutely insane. This also goes for some of their Poke'mon plushies, which are legit and some were limited run releases from the Poke'mon Center too. I was also able to get a Yan Qing Ichiban Kuji towel that I missed the first time it ran and had NEVER gotten my hands on in a second hand store. Their Sanrio goods are priced around what you'd find them outside, but I was able to get a large Cogimyun plushie for $12 which is also unheard of. Also by virtue of their proximity to the Disney parks there's lots of official Disney merchandise here including Loungefly backpacks, popcorn buckets and sippers, pins, etc. They get their goods imported from their Japanese branches so lots of their goods greatly appeal to me. I can see how normies who only wanna thrift the common normie goods might not be THAT enthralled, but to each their own I guess lol.

It’s clean in the stores- but Very overpriced old clothes. Many of the things are locked up so you can’t even see them unless you can track someone down and have them open the case and then hover over you. I think they’re forgetting that this is a USED junk store, so charging hundreds of dollars for things that they have not had legitimately Authenticated is absurd. Just because they have some ragged old style Gucci and Louis Vuitton doesn’t mean they are authentic.Goodwill is better! (and it still sucks)

Prices are damn near retail and their appraisal is insanely low; usually more than 5x less than what you can get selling it yourself. You're better off buying and selling on fb, offerup, or even ebay. Although, i will credit them for having a good selection and clean environment but just don't go in expecting a thrift shop experience or thrift shop prices.

Able to sell lots of technology nor electronics for a fair price. Some headphones here are a bit too expensive for used condition. Others are fair nor just okay. Wish a few more things are bit more in value. Clean place to go for this special store.

Called on phone to see if they take suits. They said they take suit. Got to store, and they asked are these suits? They were suits. They didn't take them. They said they don't take suits. If you felt like this review was a waste of time, I'm just trying to save yours.

I love this used goods store. They offer a wide variety of lovely used items, clothes, electronics, bikes, everything. They buy & sell goods. It's not super crowded like the Goodwill. The store has a charming & clean aesthetic. I went to its partner store Eco Tek & I loved it. I had a new unopened HP laptop to sell. First, I foolishly went to a HB pawn shop & they only offered me $30. Then I went to Experimax. They said basically no one will buy my HP laptop in person & I should just sell it online. Then I went to Eco Town & Eco Tek. Such better service!!! Eco Tek said of course they buy HP laptops. And they offered me $90, 3 times the amount the pawn shop did! I was very pleased. The staff were friendly at both stores. I will never go to a pawn shop again. I will definitely start shopping at Eco Town & Eco Tek. And if I ever need to sell something again, I will come here. I'm very happy I found these stores! I will tell all of my friends.

Walking into Eco Town, I was initially taken back by the clean aisles and polished displays. The menswear section boasted price tags that resembled phone numbers, clinging stubbornly to shoes older than my avocado toast obsession. Five-year-old sneakers masquerading as vintage treasures? Not my idea of sustainable spending. Moving on to the clothing, I felt like I'd stumbled into a parallel universe where TJ Maxx like items started to appear on the racks. Hoodies that whispered "bargain bin" in one store were suddenly bellowing "luxury loungewear" here, their price tags ballooning to three times their usual size. It was like watching a budget-friendly wardrobe morph into a fashion Frankenstein, stitched together with confusion and marked up with abandon. Needless to say, my eco-friendly quest for affordable threads reached a dead end at Eco Town. Leaving empty-handed (and slightly bewildered), I couldn't help but feel like I'd been bamboozled. Perhaps they should offer refunds for bruised wallets and dashed shopping dreams? At the very least, a complimentary lesson in reasonable pricing wouldn't go amiss. So, if you're looking for used goods at antique prices, Eco Town might be your El Dorado. But for the budget-conscious shopper seeking sustainable style without the sticker shock, steer clear. This eco-priced paradise might just leave you feeling lost in a financial wilderness. Remember, ethical shopping is all about conscious choices and fair prices. Choose wisely, friends, and your wallet (and sanity) will thank you.
