These guys are life savers!!! We flew into LAX and were heading to San Diego. We ran over a razor blade on the expressway and were thankfully able to get off and to a gas station. Across the street at Mobile we were able to get fix a flat and get it 1 mile down the road to these guys before all the air escaped. They were super friendly and found a tire for us right away. Once they heard us talking that we just got in for vacation they made a point to try to get us done as fast as possible. Truly great guys that we are so grateful for!!

I have been recommending Firestone's Fountain Valley location for a while now. Wade (though he wasn't at work the last time my car wa serviced), Jeff, and Luis (I hope I am not butchering his name) are exceptional! Jeff and Luis were awesome last Sunday (04/07/2024) again! In September 2023 I moved to Aliso Viejo, and I still gladly drive to Fountain Valley, because I know that Jeff, Luis, and Wade will do the job right, the first time!

i had a 11.00 am appt for one tire and it took 6 hrs to ge done 430 my car was done i called twice ! it saddens me i really is not happy !!

Will start by saying this was the default place my family would take our cars to for any maintenance, repair, or tires. We have spent thousands over the years at this location.
Last week I needed some work on my car as I was having an issue with misfires. They estimated about $1000 for the parts and repair (it seemed like they couldn't identify the specific problem but opted to replace all the spark plugs and coils while cleaning everything out; I figure the car is 09 so might be a good idea). They mentioned I had low oil and offered to charge for an oil change, I have 2k miles since last change so I just said I will top it off later.
Once I get some oil and pop the hood I see that my plastic engine cover has a fist sized hole in it and the plastic piece is separated from the cover. It appears to me that the cover was not put on fully before the hood was closed and this created the crack/hole. I check the cost for replacements (generic off brand engine covers are about $40 bucks for my model) I call the next working day and let them know of the damage. Spoke with Carlos and offered to bring the car in so he could see the damage and possibly order me the replacement part.
He essentially told me this stuff happens, and that they weren't responsible for the damage. I reminded him that I did not bring the vehicle to him like this and that it was caused by your team. He tried telling me an analogy like if they replaced my battery and broke the housing; its an old car so they wouldn't replace it... so effectively if they agree to a routine service and you happen to have an old car and they break something it will be YOUR fault.
So he refused to even do the bare minimum which is just ask me what I wanted to do about it. In all honesty if he was upfront and willing to meet me halfway I might have just had them order the aftermarket part in and put it on for me and I would pay (again accidents happen).
So in order to save $40, Carlos single handedly became the reason my family will take our cars elsewhere. A guarantee of several thousand dollars in repairs and maintenance over the next few years out the window for being cheap and dishonest.
P.S. oil was not low, it now seems like they were requesting additional unneeded work to pad the bill. Shame this used to be a great business.

I Brought my car in during the morning hours. I was greeted by a very friendly and personable gentleman. I received a call a few hours later from another employee who gave me details on my car and the cost involved. And, approx. two hours after that phone call I was told my caar was completed and ready for pick-up. Very professional, I extremely satisfied

Thanks for being honest and letting me know I needed an engine. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop that is straight forward.
