Without exception Unprofessional staff they wants get their checks just for be seated there and be in their phones and be chilling, in the past the unique person that was work for his check was the guy with piercing in the nose but now he become like the rest of the staff

The employees will just talk to each other for 15 minutes about their personal life while I'm waiting and keep in mind I'm the only one there. The cars are extremely dirty and they expect you to fill the tank when you leave cause the car is already on empty?? So when I come best believe I'm drop off the car how I got it and I took pictures before and after. They say their open at 8:00am but I got there they told me they open at 9:00am. It's not worth your time and money.

Update: I finally decided to call Hertz Customer Service again-they NEVER called back. Initial complaint was never documented and they do not call back unlike what I was told. Anywho, the only thing offered for my situation was a $50 Hertz credit toward my 'next' rental. Uh, no. Keep your $50 dollar voucher and put it where the sun don't shine.

How do you even recommend a business/company that DOESN'T answer their calls? I have a reservation I need help with & have tried contacting them ALL day only to have them hang up on me when I'm in que on the automated line to speak w/a customer service rep. This is more of a DIS service to your customers How they have a 2 star rating instead of a 1 or NO star rating is beyond me. Apparently there's not just a chip shortage but a lack of professional etiquette shortage happening in this company. If their in person service is remotely as unprofessional as their phone service, I really dread having to deal with this company. All I can say I'd if you haven't dealt w/this location, do yourself a favor & DON'T!

They had no cars available for my reservation when I arrived! It felt like a Seinfeld episode. What part of "reservation" did they not understand? I understand if they don't have cars when I book the reservation but don't let me book a car that is not available! I booked through Travelocity so now I don't trust them either.

When things lately haven't been going right for me, I figured getting my rent-a-car would include a few problems. The sweet girl Taylor behind the desk was such a doll! She had everything ready for me, brought me out to the car, asked if I'm familiar with certain features and I was on my way. Why can't life be this easy?!! Will definitely use hertz in the future for my rental needs and pray Taylor is still working there for her excellent service.
