Hello I had really bad customer service again at this location fountain valley I will not shopping there anymore. I over heard two names while I was in the store . customer service by the name of Jessica and Jeremy.Got into a argument in front of me. While I was walking to purchase with my husband we heard these names . we told the sales person that we will not move forward with the sale and we left. This is not professional. There should be some kind of professionalism in a store. We were going to purchase merchandise for a house over 11,000 but forget that we went to Mathis brothers were there is actual customer team that treated us with respect and professionalism. Someone needs to speak with them Jerome's just lost a large purchase because of these people. This is not the first time I have heard these two arguing in front of customers. They are very nasty how can you employe people like this ?

Jerome's furniture is a 10/10 business, they have such a great deal going on right now, I recommend their business 100%. The service Miss Lourdes provided is impeccable, she answered all of our questions recommended multiple furniture options and offered a double tax off deal. This experience buying from Jerome's furniture has left me and my wife very grateful with the company, to be able to count on Jerome's furniture from buying a good product to delivery and efficiency. Thanks you Jerome's Furniture , Miss Lourdes for having great costumer service , good prices and efficient delivery service. We are very happy with our purchase of bed , sofa matress and frame. Will definitely buy here again. 5 stars!

bought a 2k dollar couch.. and they delivered our sectional couch with 2 different colors lol! What a joke!! embarrassing for any company to pull this one off! Do not waste your time!

This place is absolutely horrible, they said I would get my living room set in mid February, and keep telling me they don't have it in sick and is going to take longer, you can't get a person on the phone from corporate, and the just text me that they are sorry about the delay, do yourself a favor and Don't shop here, the customer service is just totally unacceptable.

The Jerks at Jeromes Furniture in Fountain Valley are telling lies to make sales. I paid for headboard and frame with Michael Salesman over 1 week ago. They missed the delivery date and did not call me. I just called them and the lady said; "No Truck Today" . I took a refund and will never buy anything from Jerome's again. Don't fall for the false promises. It's ridiculous that you can't fulfill an order from less than 100 miles away in San Diego. I'll never forget this experience and will be going to Bobs or other furniture stores moving forward. Bad Experience with Michael at Jerome's Furniture in Fountain Valley. I would post a picture, but I never got my order! Bad Business By Jerome's Furniture in San Diego & Fountain Valley California from the President of the Company to Salesman Michael! You're losing your longtime customer base with this type of dishonesty!

Purchased a $2000+ sofa "Mustang" recliner for our new home in Arizona. Made the purchase in mid November 2023 and moved mid December 2023. I had them deliver without set-up and kept in the original box. A sales associate explained how to assemble backs into the base and connect the wiring. All went well for 3 weeks, no problem until the right side stopped reclining. Called the store and asked for service, BUT they told me since it was in Arizona the warranty was void, only valid in California! I asked the sales associate at the time if the warranty was good since he knew we were moving and he stated yes it was. Now I am stuck with a 3 week old, new sofa that does not work. Thanks Jerome's. I was told that I would have to find someone to repair at my cost! PATHETIC policy unless you purchase an extended warranty. BUYER BEWARE......thanks for the New Years gift Jerry.........

Best delivery team on this planet!! I know it's a third party team but bravo on picking them @Jeromes! Juan and Immanuel were friendly, positive (even though many deliveries) understanding and found a way to make my couch fit through a tight space!! Way to go and big big BIG thanks!!!

I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am to the team at Jerome's! My Dad fell and broke a couple of ribs and has some other injuries. I needed to find him a lift chair immediately! No one else could deliver in a timely manner. Jerome's had the chair in stock and delivered the next day. The chair had a damaged part, but was still partially workable. The issue we found was that my dad was slipping out of the chair, it was leather, so it was scary to think of him sleeping in it and it didn't offer the back support he needed. (He can't lay flat , nor get up the stairs to sleep in his adjustable bed). They were so accommodating, and amenable, to allowing us to exchanging the chair for a fabric covering and a different chair completely. This was Sunday, they could deliver on Tuesday. I asked if they could please deliver by Monday. They went above and beyond to make it happen! A huge shout out to Jeremy, Lou, Rosa and everyone who made this happen! You have our appreciation and loyalty! I cannot thank them enough!

I am going to walk back on my previous review. It took a little while, but Jeromes stepped up to the plate and smacked a Homerun. Customer service listened to my complaint, and it took a few weeks to get resolved, but they made everything right. So I am rescinding my one star review of them. thank you to all the customer service reps who took care of the problem and doing a great job. We really appreciate what you've done... Thank you.

When I went there to get a new sofa, because the first one was damaged when I got it. The employees were every helpful. One guy even helped me with the clothes for the sofa and pillows. The cashier was also helpful

RJ was a very helpful and attentive salesman than never pressured me for an upsell. I was able to find what I needed easily and able to take advantage of their 69th anniversary sale. Nice!

Bought the Turner sofa bed. Deep seat, 40” backing pillows to support your head, queen fold out bed. Jerome’s is on par with Living Spaces as far as quality, less floor inventory, but better prices by far. Lourdes was an excellent salesperson. No heavy sales tactics which was nice. Pleased so far, update after I receive it.

I had a pretty good overall experience. The salesman was fantastic. The billing department was fantastic. The only BAD experience was when my salesman asked one of the workers from the back to come remove 3 pictures off the wall for us to take home. He literally took each one off the wall and THREW THEM ON A CHAIR!!! i ALMOST said I don't want them now because they might be damaged! This person's RUDENESS continued. I was told to drive around back to pick them up. When I went to the back I asked this same person where they were and he pointed to them rubbing against each other on the floor! Nothing between them to prevent scratches. I asked HIM if he could put some cardboard in between them for me and he said, "THERE IS CARDBOARD OUTSIDE"! So I went outside and did it myself!!!!!! This left a very SOUR TASTE in my mouth in dealing with Jerome's in the future. That" to bad because you have great furniture at great prices with wonderful sales people!!!

We were greeted and shown around by James, who was fantastic. Exploring all our options and best of all showing us all the custom fabric colors available (which doesn't seem to happen at other companies ) - we will be back to purchase and order a new couch after some measuring and comparing at home ??
