I have been ordering card making supplies from Makerpop for years. Their prices are always at a discount, and at times, a huge discount when they have special sales. Ashley, the owner, is the sweetest and you can always ask if she can order something not on their website. Their new store is in a small business complex where you can visit to shop in person. It's always good to support small local companies.

This is a fantastic store to purchase your arts and crafts needs! I host periodical arts and crafts nights with my friends, and I was in need of additional supplies. I was recommended to this store through close friends of mine, and I was able to get everything I need with Ashley’s help. She is the sweetest woman and takes great pride in her store. I highly recommend anybody in need of art supplies to check this out.

I never got my order! I ordered through shop! They don’t have any way of letting someone know that this is an unreliable company. They don’t have any rating system. Be aware that Marker Pop don’t have items that they claim to have! They take your money and make you wait to get your order! As of today my order has not been shipped. It has been ordered for more than 3 weeks ago! Don’t order from Marker Pop! I won’t be again!

Bought a set of six markers from them on line through Amazon. They sent exactly one marker. It was clearly a set (even Amazon internal reference provided by MarkerPOP referred to it as a set), and after I made my order, they did not change it to read as a single marker sale, but simply raised the price, indicating they precisely knew it was a set. When contacted, they refused to send the rest of the markers, and instead demanded $30 more. They knew they had a problem with their listing and rather than contacting me before shipping, they just sent one of the six markers, apparently at random. Completely unethical and disgraceful. Go to Art Supply Warehouse in Westminster - the best art supply store in the LosAngeles/Orange County area. I will never make another purchase from these charlatans again.

UPDATE FROM OWNER: NOT OPEN 8-12 as stated for in store shopping as clearly noted on this page and their website. They are curbside only due to pandemic which has been over and out for three months???. Anyways no longer shopping here I spent $40 on gas to come up with no notice on their website or on their Google page that they are not open to shopping however I did shop at the height of the pandemic with no issue in store and they never once said it was only open for curbside disappointed and I will never shop here again

I loved this place but it appears to be closed to the public now must be online only came during normal business hours (10:30 am Thursday)completely shut down. No note saying short of staff or anything so just looks like it’s online for now::/ What a bummer I drove over an hour in terrible traffic to get here and was not expecting this and even Skipped a huge order I could’ve placed on Amazon a few days ago and would already have had to support a local small shop. Please reopen to the public. I like to shop in person over ordering.

I purchased 5 items which were:4 reinkers & One 3M Posca Pen.What I received was:3 reinkers (1 was noticeably less full)1 ink pad (not the reinker as It should have been)And a 1m Posca Pen (not the 3m I ordered)Sent 3 emails & not 1 reply....yet. I definitely wont be ordering again from them,nor will I recommend them. Major Bummer

Wanna say thank you to Kevin for his extraordinary and pleasant customer service over at email, in helping me with great details step by step for the changes that I need to make on the pre-order/not yet shipped order. Just wanna give him five stars and let his boss know so the boss could recognize his diligence!!!Besides, about their paper crafting items, they offer great prices and discounts that no where can beat (so far)!!!

Allowed me to return an item in store that was purchased online. I would love to shop their warehouse. I'm guessing it would be a crafter's dream come true! Anyhow, found an adhesive I wanted to try so it became an exchange with some leftover store credit that was immediately in my account. I'm super happy with their online prices and selection. I will be back to shop!
