Yesterday we received our furniture from your company. There are no words to describe our gratitude for the quality and preciseness of your product. Jared it all fit like a glove.
Now to the meat of our experience. The delivery guys. The lead guy (sorry forgot his name) – He is to be recognized for his calm demeanor and professionalism. His attitude is priceless. He knows his stuff and represents you well. No stones go unturned is how he operates. I am taking the time to express to you your goldmine in him as sometimes we take our staff for granted (owner to owner)

Over the last year, our business has made several purchases from Gwen at Office Furniture Concepts. We've been doing some remodeling, and our offices have needed desks, chairs, tables, etc. Gwen has been exceptionally helpful with finding just the pieces for our offices. She is very aware of keeping within our budget and is an excellent communicator. Everything we have purchased has been good quality. We still have more spaces to furnish, and we'll contact Gwen to assist with those purchases.

Great staff and quick to answer all my questions. I did not buy from them ultimately because I was looking for a specific brand but prices were reasonable and in line after I spent a week researching for the right office chair. Even thought I didn't buy this time I will definitely come back for my office needs!

Said they buy and sell new and used office furniture. When I brought my $400.00 brand new, still in the box office chair, the witch at the customer service desk told me she would take it off my hands and charge me to take it to the dump. She didn't even bother to look at it or ask what brand it was. I have purchased furniture here in the past that was labeled new only to find out later that it was reapulstured old.
