I seldom ever write reviews but after 3 yrs of dealing with this Company, I am concerned others will sign up for the disaster that is OpenPro. Unfortunately, once you go to the expense of onboarding with OpenPro it is difficult to switch because of time and cost. There is absolutely NO SUPPORT. The owner is the only person we have ever dealt with in 3 yrs. He answers the phone if he is there and if you are paying him the extra $150 - $200 per hr for "consulting." You are told to Read the Manuals. The Manuals are worthless. Poorly written, much information is missing and they are never updated that I know of in 3 years. When you prove the information is not available in the Manual then he says he will update them but never does. If there has ever been an update, it would be nice to have known because we have never received any communication regarding any updates. If you have an issue like last week, OpenPro would not allow us to receive some inventory. We have sent emails and left multiple messages with no response. He says there is a chat feature but it is never manned. We have asked for a ticket system to show when we put in requests and they can only be added if the Owner does it personally. Unfortunately once you get onboarded with the understanding support is available and find out it is not, it is too late. It is expensive to switch. We have some large business initiatives for our Company currently but will switch as soon as possible. I just don't want others to be put in the position we are in. The only good thing I can say about OpenPro is that it is easy to use. However, if you need to change anything for your business, the Owner will deflect and mislead you that something is in place and it is not. When we wanted to move to Fifo, we were told it was all set up in February 2020. Then we kept saying it is not working and the OP Owner kept saying it was just the turnover of the inventory. Bottomline we found out in October of 2020, he never turned it on. That is just one small example of the constant issues we have dealt with and the frustration. It is very very time consuming and expensive to deal with OpenPro and Certainly, the OpenPro Leadership is terribly un-customer centric. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
