I placed an order with Cid for a property in Northern California. While the items were out of stock and required a wait, I cannot say enough good things about Cid, the Hayward CA staff and the delivery men. The product is gorgeous. It was a white glove type of delivery. They were on time and called periodically wtih anticipated arrival updates. This is a quality organization.

We met a very nice sales lady at Patio World. Thought we would receive our order with in a 3 month period . We are now 5 months out and still have not received our very expensive out door dining set. Beautiful items but no follow up on our order. We ordered it on May 27,2022 it is now October 3,2022. We have called several times to no avail. Very frustrating now! Unhappy too. Maybe my mind will change once it arrives if ever.

Excellent high end patio furniture but lacking a bit in Outdoor Kitchen expertise. BBQ REPAIR PROS would be the better choice when looking for a technician / company that specializes in Outdoor Built-in BBQ GRILLS & Service. Otherwise very good product offerings.

We bought a beautiful couch set from Patio World but the set had different fabric directions on it. The actual manufacturer would not help out but Patio World reps made sure we were taken care of. The furniture at Patio World is absolutely stunning, would fully recommend.

Horrible return policy. Over priced and not able to return something that I purchased 6 days after buying it. 24 hour return policy. I still had the tags on these chairs and did not use them. They wouldn't take them back.

Patioworld has a great selection, an impressive showroom, and best of all, two gems in Kathleen and Cid, who are both extremely helpful without being high-pressure. We shopped a lot of places before finding Patioworld, and this was by far the best experience.

Exceptional Customer service sums it up best. During this COVID shutdown, I found myself in need of two more seat cushions for Memorial day weekend, but Patio World was closed. On the off chance that I might get help, I called and left a message. I was called back the next day by Roxanne. She did explain they were closed and would work to help me out as soon as they were able. She kept in touch over the next few weeks. I was eventually able to go to the Fountain Valley store (by appointment only). Cid met me and unfortunately, they did not have the size I needed (this is now two days before Memorial Day weekend). Roxanne and Cid made it happen! They got the pads from the warehouse delivered to the FV store, about (1) hour before I needed to leave town. I'm so thankful that they went above and beyond to help me ...again, the best customer service. Thank you Cid and Roxanne.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for patio furniture. I bought a set about a year and a half ago. One of the cushion covers had a defect. As it turned out, they had changed the fabric so they replaced the entire set so that it would match! The guys who came to pick up and deliver couldn't have been nicer and more considerate. They spent time explaining some of the features and answered all my questions. The set everything up and left with the original, defective set. They were there on time and very efficient. The prices may be higher here but you get what you pay for. I have gone through three cheaper sets and in the long run, probably cost more than a beautiful set that will last and I know the company will back up their product. Thanks!!!!

I recently ordered furniture covers for our sectional Brown Jordan sofa, ottoman, club chair, coffee table and two occasional side tables. Brian was helpful in finding the covers but he failed to let me know that on Veteran's Day, there would be no sales tax until 5:00 PM. I couldn't make it to sign the order because I found out too late. I was upset, called the store and Brian referred me to Kathi Murray, Patioworld, Fountain Valley Manager. There's a reason women like Kathi rise to the position of Manager and that's because they know how important client satisfaction is and that the relationship between customer and store staff, when positive, will bring the customer back into the store. Kathi Murray was so helpful and made it possible for my payment to go through, so that I was able to take advantage. She was also understanding and kind in helping me. Thank you, Kathi carolyn e

Very impress, we bought furniture there a couple years ago and, the kit we chose was pretty expensive but we were told that it was pretty much undestructable. 2 years later ( one year after the warranty expired) i gave them a call because the sun had literally burn down the material. The first person i spoke with was kind of playing the expired warranty card but told us to speak with the manager who was actually the person that sold us the product. 3 weeks later we received new furniture, the finish material was there updated version. I didn't have to fight or argue with them, everything went very smoothly thank you!!

Purchased an outdoor couch/lounge set about a year ago. It was expensive but the quality is top notch. I expect to enjoy many summers lounging on my beautiful outdoor couch. The sales people here are super helpful and knowledgeable of their products...not pushy at all. Last week I went back to purchase a patio dining set. I went to Ashley Furniture and Jermone's 1st as needed it quickly in time for Mother's Day. The salespeople were so pushy & would not leave me alone! I ended up back at Patio World & found a gorgeous dining set that will be delivered next week, just in time for Mother's Day.
