I have gone to quite a few pet stores & I really like this location.
The staff is very courteous and helpful and they seems to be well stocked for the most part on everything.
When it comes to the grooming Department I've had a really good experience with *CASSIE O.
She's the main groomer and is very attentive and professional. She really knows her stuff ?. I had two cats I only have one sadly enough My adorable loving SISSY? passed away ? she's in a better place now?. When I took Sissy and zoom they were very happy afterwards, so they must have got treated really well. That's very important to me. I will continue to take Zoom? my 26 lb. American Curl crossed with Abyssinian. I'm sure he'll be very happy after he leaves every time ?.
I will definitely continue going to this location often *****

Do not waste your money here they do not care about their customers at all i was spending $300+ dollars a month just for unprofessionalism they will not try to accommodate you for any of their mistakes and make you feel wrong for expecting them to do they jobs correctly the manager their clearly has no business education obviously dont care about his job or the customers who support petsmart aka the people are the reason u have a job buddy

i had to stop to this location since the website wasn't working and i couldn't purchase the shampoo at the closer location. i was having trouble finding what i needed but there wasn't anyone to help me. i finally found it then waited a bit to check out. parking was tough since it's connected to a costco.
