Recommending Quest Diagnostics because with an account, it is easy to make and cancel appointments and get test results on line. Also Quest reminds you of your appt. and check in is very easy. With an appointment, I've never had to wait for more than a couple minutes. The technicians are good at drawing blood.

This was my best experience with Quest. My appointment was on time, my phlebotomist was great, no pain. I was out of the office 3 minutes after my appointment time. WOW! I look forwarde to my next appointment.

There is no person at the front desk which I think puts more of a workload on the people doing the testing.

Friendly and professional staff. Always good to have the annual check up to be safe. This place is cozy in the office but there’s only downside is that parking OSS not easy at all to find!!! They do offer free valet parking tho, but if you’re running late it can take even longer.

I have to have labs drawn frequently and this location has been my favorite for several years now. The employees are kind, courteous, and the phlebotimists do an excellent job.

During my visit the Monitor in the lobby that tells people their queue position was not working, This coupled with no one usually sitting on the reception desk caused a lot of confusion and irate patients in the lobby. As the phlebotomist was taking my blood (needle literally injected in my vein) there was a patient knocking/banging on the door real loud, shouting and demanding for someone to talk to her. I feel that this is unsafe for me as a patient and does not allow the phlebotomist to do his/her job undisturbed. Situations like this can lead to patient safety issues, unfortunate mishaps and mistakes that may lead to a wrong diagnosis for a patient.

Horrible wait time and check in machine NOT a live receptionist sooooo frustrating! Minimum wait time 1hour waited as long as 2.5. The machine doesn’t check you in unless YOUR NAME APPEARS on the screen. Ps STAT labs don’t apply.

Was sent here by lab on Warner by Fountain Valley Hospital. They never answer the phone and they DO NOT DO PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUESTED DRUG TESTS. The automated system does not tell you that they only do the drug tests only from 7am to 12:30 pm. The worst part is that I stood there about 5 minutes and no one ever came to the reception/window area. The same 2 lab employees walked by twice and neither one asked if help was needed, much less acknowledge the fact that I was standing there clearly waiting for assistance. I said hello once and was ignored by the employee walking by.
