It's Ross, for those who know Ross, that's all that needs to be said. It's Ross, I don't know how they do it but, they come up with good products and put it out at prices that are amazing ?

I know no one reads reviews for chain stores, but maybe management does. They only have one cashier and long asssss lines. I had a cart full of stuff on two occasions and finally had to give up and leave. They are going with the short staffed excuse but my god, how hard is it to find people??!! If you go to the jewelry counter they have no one to help you either. Don't waste your time with this store, unless you want to wait to pay for an hour, and watch a stressed out cashier fumble around. Just awful all around!

I was shopping for some clothes and when I tried to try on some clothes at the dressing room, the lady there said to put my hangers on the rack, pick up the plastic number #X of how many items I had. She didn't greet me like saying "hi" or anything. She didn't stop to help me with my clothes as she was hanging some clothes. She didn't say please. She just barked some commands. I thought it was rude. Isn't she supposed to be a customer service person? I didn't say anything but I felt like I was intruding on her time and she didn't want to assist me. I felt like 'Ross' should be paying me not her because she wasn't doing her jobs and I was doing her job. I loved what I found so I did buy them. But had I not found anything I truly loved, I would have left and they would have lost a customer. Please train your staff to be courteous and be helpful because that is their job. She didn't even smile. I am going to think twice about coming back to this store. The security guard was nice though. He acknowledged me when I entered the store. He gets a five. The lady gets a zero. Not recommended.

Every time I come here they dont have enough cashiers. Two cashiers are enough for returns and purchases with a long line heading towards the middle of mens department. They really need to either hire more staff or arrange a better time for shifts.

Ross is one of those stores where you can feel like you're looking for a hidden "treasure". You never know what nice item you'll find at a fraction of its original cost. Who doesn't want to pay less for the same right. Like puma running shoes for 15 bucks. Or nice purses for 80. What about a carpet? Toys? Clothing? Pans? Condiments? Etc. Bring comfortable shoes and walk around.
