My family ordered a bed in October that has been useless. The item was replaced with, another item that could not be used. They did not return calls to try to get the situation rectified. Yesterday finally had a conversation with Lynn the store manager. Explained that over 7 months we have a piece of furniture that we can not use, and, we have been trying to get some kind of resolution for over 7 months. While in the meantime my granddaughter is sleeping on a mattress on her floor. So their solution after over 7 months with no bed the solution is to order another bed that can possibly take another couple of months which is ridiculous that would add another couple of months with my granddaughter on a mattress on the floor. The store manager Lynn solution is to pick up the furniture and do a refund with an half A$$ apology. Not let me see if I could get you an item on a rush nothing. Then there is the damage to the walls in the house. The solution for that is either they fix the walls, and they do not refund the delivery charge or they refund the delivery charge and we fix the damages ourselves. My question why is that even an option. With all the time that has taken place, and the order has yet to be corrected ,what kind of sense does that make being that the damages was done by their delivery men. It should not even be a question of who should pay for the damages that was made over 7 months ago. So bottom line if you want to purchase furniture without a hassle do not shop here. They Woo you for your business then they ignore you to correct any issue. So I say shop at your own risk.

I've been buying furniture from Wendell for the past 10 years. He is amazing. A very nice and helpful guy. No pressure at all. My most recent purchase, an Amish side table is beautiful. Wendell will make you a very good deal.

Wife and I went in and ordered a new bedroom set in April 2021 and were told to expect to wait up to 3 months. We were ok with that, but here we are 8 months later and we still don't have our furniture. I've called no less than a dozen times asking for updates and they kept pushing the delivery date back. I'll update my review when I finally get the furniture. Until then, I guess my wife and I can expect to have our furniture sometime in 2022. Wish they would be a little more proactive and call me for once with an update.

No do not buy from this place. Very rude, abusive behavior from Wendell when you catch him in a lie. Will scream at you in front of other customers and hand up on you.

There customer service when confronted about a mistake is mean and vicious. I do not recommend going to this store unless you wan to be bullied and lied to by Wendell Stofel.

On June 1st, I purchased a Bookcase and TV stand for around $2500.00. We finally received it near the end of August. Upon setting it up, we noticed that the TV stand had 2 doors with glass in them, and the other 2 were solid wood. The order we placed stated very clear that all doors were to be glass. So, I removed the 2 doors without glass, however, it left bare wood spots where the hinges were. We called the store, explained what had transpired, and requested some touch-up paint. Wendall said he would work on it. A week went by, and nothing. We called back, and Wendall told us it would cost us 19.95 for a pint. Once again we explained what happened, and he claimed we had never told him that Then he hung up on us. This man has very poor customer relations, and is a detriment to your store. I would hope that someone in charge can help us out.

Mr. Roth, Please make this order right. Wendell Stofel has anger issues and needs to be dealt with. I am about to sue your company and Wendell Stofel. The order we placed was not right and all I am asking for is touch up paint for the hinges when taking the doors off that should have been glass and not wood. Wendell Stofel was mean and abusive when I caught him in a lie, he should not be in customer service. I noticed a lot of complaints on customer service for your company?? Please rectify this situation.

Good old fashioned customer service. If you have any issues with your purchase, go see Len, and he will help you out. It is nice to know that there are still people who stand behind their product.

Love the furniture at this place! I bought coffee tables for the living room last year and they're gorgeous. This year I bought two leather recliners. Great service, nice showroom. This is my go-to place for furniture in the OC!
