“The new manager, Ismael provided exceptional customer service. I filed a claim with Costco due to damages during my past service. After previous management delayed resolving the issue, Ismael the new manager resolved it immediately. He made sure repairs were done properly and apologized for the previous delays even though they were out of his control.
In terms of normal service independent of my unique issue, temper your expectations. Without an appointment, you can expect to wait all day, even with an appointment you can expect to wait a few hours. The staff is direct and upfront about it in store.”

“If you haven’t given these guys a shot, you’re missing out. I was hanging out with a few guys in the neighborhood the other day telling them about my car being in the shop and when I said where I was taking it every one of them had a story about how great these guys are.
