Been coming here for ever but the last time I went the service was so slow. The line was getting longer and longer. Maybe hire some more employees? Plus the staff, not friendly at all.

This is my new go-to place for amazon returns because the service is fast and efficient. They might have high turnover amongst their employees who tend to be on the younger side, but that has never affected the quality of service. Kohl's return is ok but too far to drive to, and Whole Foods sucks because their amazon return station is always closed due to lack of staff. How ironic since WF is owned by Amazon.

The older man at the counter with grey hair and over lapping stomach was a complete j*** to me when I was trying to have a notary signing. Instead of being friendly and saying I can't notarize this unless you sign this piece of paper he said you dont sign i dont notarize very rudely. I stated that he could be friendlier and he basically said leave I'm not doing your notary. I picked up my papers and walked away. I have done business there for over 10 years that speaks volumes on how they treat their customers. I won't be doing any more of my business. You best believe I wouldn't have left my paperwork there I was going to ship it out with them I wouldn't have trust this person not to throw my very important paperwork away. I would avoid this store.

I came here today around 4:30. It was so helpful and convenient. The guy staff with long black hair is really nice. He offered lots of things to help our package even though the problem was out of his control. Can I have his information because he is really cute. By the way, this ups store is clean and organized.

I took a set of china, service for 12, to be repacked and shipped to Wisconsin. This set of china was very valuable and irreplaceable. The store manager gave me an estimate before starting then repacked everything (it took 4 boxes) and let me inspect before closing. All the dishes arrived in perfect condition. Best place to go for shipping! THANK YOU, you have earned ALL my future shipping business.

The worst store ever! They charged me to print a UPS label!!!! Seriously???? Isn't this a UPS Store? I wish UPS Corporate would review their relationship with this franchise!!!

I recently visited this store to have important government time-sensitive documents sent with tracking information. I received a receipt with "First Class Package" mentioned at the top and a combination of letters and numbers with "Tracking Number" right under which lead me to believe that it was sent with tracking information. I called a few days later after unsuccessfully tracking the package and was informed by Jim (the manager) that the package was incorrectly sent out and there was no tracking available and put the blame back on me that I should have checked the tracking number before leaving the store. Due to this UPS mistake, I had to pay $75 to have all the documents re-printed and completed. I visited the store again expecting UPS to make things right by shipping the documents again as soon as possible without a charge because this was their mistake and the documents were already over a week late. Jim showed ABSOLUTELY NO level of caring or empathy, instead, he wanted me to pay the $88 package charge on top of what I'd already paid for their mistake. Reviewing the reviews on this store it's obvious that they make mistakes frequently and don't work with customers on rectifying their errors. I have submitted a corporate complaint and have sent an email to all corporate officials to ensure this location is reviewed for its unethical practices.Update 12/5: UPS corporate reached out and was quick to rectify things. I have shipped with UPS before and overall they are a great company. I won't let my experience at this store speak for UPS as a whole. I highly still recommend UPS :)
