Used to be an easy bank to deal with, since the merger and the closures of several branches, it's nothing but a headache. Trying to find a open branch is hard, when we do the services are a joke, nothing but hundreds for callback? Teller can't get cash because vault is locked and manager not there, 20 min wait because teller is processing loan while the line piles up. I'm now looking for a new financial institution for all my personal and business accounts, they are an inconvenience.

Came here once. A couple people working yet not a single person acknowledging how long the wait would be etc. I watched 2-3 people walk out and I left. Won't be back to this branch again. Go to any other busier one and they will help you better.

Very slow they take forever here even if there's only 1 person in line it can take up to 30min. I hate to see how long it would take when there's alot of people.

I placed an order two weeks ago for foreign currency and it arrived very quickly and they held it for two weeks before I came in to pick it up. Staff was professional and although I was in a hurry, they accommodated to me quickly and had me in and out in under 5 minutes. I normally do not rate banks, but this was a good experience and people ought to cut this branch some slack.

This is seriously the WORST branch - do not go here if you can avoid it. I'm not sure where to start, I've had so many bad experiences here. I have started traveling over to the Costa Mesa branch whenever I need to do anything in person. But today I tried one more time to give them another chance... bad idea. Four people working behind the counter, all their signs say closed , chatting with each , one person helping one customer for over 10 minutes. I finally gave up and tried to use the ATM and of course after entering all the information it was unable to process what I was trying to do -- which I already knew , but thought I would give it a go since I was getting no help in the branch and not even any acknowledgment that I was standing there. Seriously they didn't even look up from their personal conversations. So I went back in one more time waited 10 more minutes still no help. Finally gave up and I'll head over to Costa Mesa. Senior leadership really needs to get this branch manager fired or retrained!!!

Cannot complete transaction. Technical vault problems but would not answer call before arrival. Edited for inconsiderate response ...<redited to be accurate "bank staff was unhelpful and could not be any less consuderate to my time or situation"> This was during normal operating hours and inside the branch was not able to provide withdrawal service and the amount exceeded ATM limits. I tried to call before arrival but no one answered the call.

Slow service.. 30min wait for withdrawal..also horrible exchange rates and fees when compared to other banks.

Absolutely terrible customer service! If I could give this bank/manager zero stars I would! The branch manager is a joke. Educate and train your team better!

The lady that helped me Mandy Tran was the most sweetest young lady , so helpful and had the patient with me being a senior. She was able to look up all the information I needed. Offer me to come back at her working hours and days and still continue helping me if I have any problems. She deserves the recognition
