We drove 20 minutes to this store and the employees closed it 40 minutes before their listed hours. The employees were inside the store and told me to leave because they were closed. This was at 5:20 and their close time is listed as 6pm.

Jamie was so helpful and kind. He’s very professional and had and continues to have my best interest in mind! I won’t go to any other Verizon in Orange County but here! Go in and ask for “Jamie” you will be extremely impressed!

I went in to Verizon and Andrew helped me. My phone wasn’t working well and my conversations were not being heard. Ultimately I needed a new phone and he downloaded everything from my old phone in record time. Thank you for the professional service that I received.

I went to Verizon and Maria was so kind and patient and polite that I wouldn’t ask for a more professional person to help. She was so good that she took care of business. I feel that she should be a Manager because she to change of my matter because of Maria professional experience. I would like Verizon to make her a manager. Thank you Maria I couldn’t ask a better person to handle my business matters.

On January 13, 2024, we visited this store, where we engaged with a sales representative named Jamie. Regrettably, our experience during this visit has left us profoundly dissatisfied and apprehensive about the business practices at this establishment. During the transaction, we purchased three iPhone 14s and one Google Pixel 8 Pro, under the impression that we were only covering the sales tax, an amount calculated at $264 based on our local tax rate of 7.75%. To our dismay, a subsequent examination of our credit card statement revealed an additional charge of $160. When inquiring about this charge, we was informed that it was indeed setup fees. The salesperson, Jamie, appeared to engage in what we can only describe as a fraudulent scheme. Throughout the transaction, he failed to disclose any setup fees or additional charges, intentionally misleading us to secure the sale of the phones. Moreover, Jamie requested my credit card solely for the purpose of settling the sales tax, confirmed on a tablet where I signed without receiving any details about the purchases. No receipt was issued to us. Furthermore, Jamie misled us concerning the monthly service charge, indicating it would be $120/month for four lines with free iPhone 14s. However, he neglected to disclose that this particular offer was exclusively available online and not applicable in- store, given that the store is not directly operated by Verizon. Consequently, we incurred an additional charge of $5 per line per month for 36 months. Additionally, Jamie informed us that we could swap one of the iPhone 14s with a Google Pixel 8 Pro with a 50% discount. Unfortunately, we have yet to observe any such discount, and upon questioning, he stated that it would reflect after one month. Subsequently, we discovered that the return period was 30 days, leaving us with limited options for resolution.

Super fast service probably took about five minutes to get my phone from the lockers. Also, the security lady was super nice and the person who helped us.

Drew is chill and always ready to help me with even the smallest problems. I have only had my note 9 forever and sometimes I am stuck with a small issue. It takes him minutes to resolve it. I have been encouraged by verizon's text messages to upgrade my phone which is annoying. Especially when the free phone is 50.00 per month! Drew did not put me in the hot seat. instead he gave me information on the upcoming galaxy 24. I told him that I am interested in the upgrade mid January when it comes out and he put me on his lead list. I look forward to hearing from him. It is time to trade in my dinosaur of a phone. I love my note 9 and am old school. If it's not broken - don't fix it! As Drew explained, the specs on the new upcoming galaxy 24 will meet the same needs, but, is a 5 gig. so maybe faster! Drew is focused and kind and worth your time to do business with!

Experience was great at this location. The employee was kind, quick, and efficient. Transferring from T Mobil and very happy with how smooth the transition was.

The sales rep wouldn't give me his name but he was extremely rude. We were in the process of buying a new Google Pixel phone and I wanted all the information before I finalized it and he made it me feel like I was an idiot for asking for that. When the numbers didn't match up to what they were supposed to be and I called him on it, he started giving me a lot of attitude. When I told him never mind cancel the deal then he gave me even more attitude I felt intimidated. I would fire this guy immediately. Beware of the methods these guys employ.
