This is regarding the pharmacy side of Walgreens.This Walgreens "pharmacy" location is poorly managed. I've had quite a few issues with them but keep going back because it's the closest to me and don't want to go farther out, but after this last time, I'm done. When I've called on the phone, they are always rude. They don't want to look up things thoroughly. The same behavior in store. I've had so many issues with them sending out notifications that my medication is ready and it's not. They alway act defensive about everything and almost never apologetic. This last time, my medication was not sent out like it was supposed to. They acted as if I was crazy or lying once I showed them proof they changed their tune and didn't apologize but processed my order. I'm not asking for much, guys. If you're that unhappy with being an employee at Walgreens, then tell the organization instead of treating customers like garbage. We didn't do it to you, your management or the company did and take it up with them

Horrible customer service. I live in Kansas and sent my mom a FedEx package. After showing them the picture of the tracking number and item being picked up, they just kept saying they didn't have the chair at Walgreens and kept refusing to listen. I had to get on the phone and repeat "FedEx pickup" She then rudely cut my mom off and asked for the information needed to complete this pick up. How hard was it to review the picture and take two seconds to gather what was being asked?Unfortunately I did not catch her name

Terrible prescription orders and refills I have to call several times before prescription is ready for pickup Walgreens app never reflects prescriptions in workCalls tak at least 15 minutes on hold before I can speak to the pharmacy

Zero starts. (Pharmacy) RIDICULOUS. It makes no dang sense to be waiting in your car for the Drive-thru for 45 min. With 2 cars ahead. Like get someone that works faster or another employee to work the window. We're sick. We want to go home and lay down. We're not feeling well. Management are you even reading these. Do something....

If I can give them a negative star, I will fu*king do it. I made a COVID rapid test for travel purpose on their website. The appt is @ 4:15 today. They told me they don't have any staff doing the tests after 1pm. Why the fu*k your website has afternoon appts then????????? Will not come back here for anything!!!!

If I could give a zero trust me I will definitely do so. They used to give you text messages or even calls regarding you prescription status, and that was helpful. My doc put the order in for two weeks and we haven't had received any updates for a while until I walked in and asked about it (I called and they were never available for a talk on the phone). The pharmacist told me that APPARENTLY NOW WE NEED TO CHECK IN WITH THEM so they can prepare the prescription, just in case IF WE DONT WANT THEM. What a joke. So I told them my order was in for 2 weeks and I haven't heard any notices and I need it becuz I've been out for days, waited 10min(they said it will be 30min, haha imagine if it is) and they finished preparing for pickup while they have the whole entire two weeks to do so. Called again today to check another prescription status, the representative was rude enough that she HUNG UP ON ME after telling me my phone number should be activated to receive updates from them. AND IF AN ORDER WAS IN FOR 2 WEEKS AND I DONT COME IN TO CHECKIN ITS NO LONGER AVAILABLE THEY WONT PREPARE IT FOR ME. So I guess they don't do anything to ur prescription order until u show up and they will be mad at u if u just wait for update like a normal human being. What's the point of having a text feature for updates on prescription status, and I'm just so curious about what exactly do they work on if everyone needs to come in and has another ridiculous wait time to beg for something that should be done long ago. Epic pharmacy and fascinating staff, love the attitude they gave me.

Please do not go this pharmacy for drive thru covid testing! I waited over 30 min in the line when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. When it was my turn, it took another 10 min for the girl to find my name in the system, print out the paperwork, find the kit, and get managers signature before giving me the kit to do the swap. It was joke how slow and inefficient they work. Will NEVER come back. I've been to other Walgreen locations for covid testing and they always had the kit ready for me and took less than 15 min even with 3 cars ahead me.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! No customer service. The pharmacist never wants to help and she just dismisses you without trying to figure out why they never seem to have the right prescription refills. The pharmacist and staff always blaming the doctors.

Staff is very slow been their multiple times and had to wait far to long, it reminds me of the DMV, so slow it seems they are going backwards, and they really don't care

I come to this Walgreens location quite often, as it is near my work. As long as I don't have to use their pharmacy, it's a pleasant experience. Yesterday, like other times I have come here to buy an OTC product, their pharmacy staff is nonchalant and lazy. I stood in a long line while the staff doddled around behind the counter. After having stood in line 23 minutes, having only helped two customers and giving priority to the drive-up customers, two of the pharmacy techs decided to take their breaks and walked off, leaving one person to staff both the drive-up window and the long line at the counter. The pharmacist on staff didn't even care. There was no sense of urgency and so I left.

Do not use the ATM from this location. My card info was stolen and money taken out of my account!
