I went to Wells Fargo in Brookhurst and Edinger on 11/13 to ask a banker to assign the offer code, which I got from Wells Fargo via email, to my existing Platinum Saving Account. I didn't have an appointment. A lady banker told me another banker or herself would help me shortly. While waiting, I saw and heard a male banker talking in Vietnamese with a client. They talked about personal stuff, not business related, for almost 1/2 hour. The lady banker also participated in the conversation. He doesn't seem to care about other customers waiting. Another female banker came back from lunch, came over and talked to me. She was sympathetic. I ended up waiting for about 45 minutes, then just left. The whole experience is awful. I will never come back to this branch.

Worst customer service. The waiting is too long even when there is nobody in line.

Just got off the phone with Regina who works there. Thanks Regina you were so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! She was so patient and she walked us through the mobile app to order checks. Would recommend

Don't come here. Staff AnhThi would give you a headache when you're trying to cash out checks, that's typed out in your name, given by the gov., even after you showed her your ID & Wellsfargo issued card. Told her I have ___ accounts with them. How in the world would I know exactly how many if I weren't the true account owner?!? Even told her what type of acc they're. I get it that they're trying to prevent frauds but what more do you want from me as proof?!?! You have my ID, my WellsFargo credit card, my gov. issued check with name and address fully typed out ro me, my bank's acc info with you guys that I disclosed. If you want, you can contact the gov. agency whom issued that check. I honestly don't see Chase or any other teller at Wellsfargo having issues cashing my gov. checks, except for this teller! She even made me re-sign the check so it would be the same as in their system. Like I said, other Wellsfargo tellers and Chase had no problem with my signature or cashing my checks as long as my show my valid ID. I already gave her a bonus by providing my Visa card so it would be easier for her to look up me using the #; her colleague had a hard time doing so from scratch. AnhThi made it so complicated and difficult! I want to get in, cash check and get out. However this lady is wasting my time on uncessary things! She has goldfish memory or something. Kept making me repeat the same thing multiple times that I just told her. I don't think I can trust her with my money!

I absolutely detest this bank. First off, let me start by saying that I WAS a loyal customer for 2 years, my account? NEVER overdrawn... Now. I don't mind getting charged for something when it's warranted, and I KNOW that the charge is coming. But I went into a grocery store branch 2 years ago and specifically asked for a low minimum balance requirement. The banker set me up, and she told me that my minimum balance requirement was $250. I did have $259 in my account for nearly a year. NO ONE, informed me that this had changed. I've been getting charged every month for the last 3 months. So when I called in to ask why, or when things changed? No answers. NO ONE could my question about how, when, or why things changed. I was then told that minimum balance requirements were at least 500 for any account. Since when? And who can afford to leave 500 in their bank, all the time, untouched in order to avoid fees? Their phone rep also accused me of swearing at her (which did NOT happen), and then she filed for an escalated complaint (but gee, I wonder who else would be upset at being accused of something they didn't do), but still, no answer to my question about how, or why things changed. So. Being that I could not get my questions answered by calling in, I decided to step into a branch. The banker I had to speak with there was very nice, and polite, however, she tells me that their lowest minimum balance requirement is $1500. So now, as you can imagine, I am very frustrated that it seems like I can NOT accurate information no matter who I talk to about this. Therefore, I elected to close my account. Sad too. You've lost a good customer because your bankers don't know anything about your products, your procedures, or your customers. I put my money because I THOUGHT it would be SAFE. NOT so Wells Fargo could decide just willy nilly to start taking my money for "fees", and not even give me the courtesy of notifying me that anything had changed. I tell all my friends to do the same.

No help once again.you have employees just talking to each other. 2 at the window.and other setting by his desk. I'm sorry but if you're short staffed you definitely need everybody to be a team player and help at the windows when are people standing there. Also for people with business accounts they also need to have a window just for them

Lame bank. They need to hire more teller. One teller while you have 15 customer waiting in line!
