“This place is top notch for tire needs. I called and spoke to Efrain. Right off the bat, he was friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I needed wheels for my RV asap because I was going on a spontaneous trip with friends. Not all tires shops carry commercial tires but this place did. They are located right off the 405 fwy in Fountain Valley so it’s a super convenient location. He gave me a great deal and took care of it in record time. He knows his business and doesn't in any way attempt to upsell his customers. In fact he does the opposite (most unusual) and works out the most suitable way to save money on unecessary new tires. He is totally honest and his workers are also incredible. Customers don't have to wait too long, as the attention is good.I have used this place twice. The second time he repaired the tire with a nail and didn't charge anything for his work. “Came to get my jeeps tire patched up since it has a screw and a nail! Since I'm already here, I'm rotating my tires since it's been around 3500 miles. The gentlemen pulled me forward right away and told me the price of what it would cost for both jobs. Very decent prices!When I arrived, it was around lunch time, but 2 guys got up from their lunch break to help fix my jeep. Really appreciated that but was willing to wait as well. Asked to check out the flat and had the tires rotated, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Before leaving and I was about to pay, Tony just said I was good to go. We went to Costco at first but they said they couldn't patch it up since Teslas tire have a certain foam in them so after calling a few places Becker said they can fix it! Great pricing and quick service, we did a walk in and we were out within 20mins!!”

“This place is AMAZING!!!! Tight parking lot but INCREDIBLE service! We had a nail in the tire and without appointment they squeezed us in. Very quickly they got to work removing the tire and pulling the nail. Here is where the 5 stars come in.... They could have gone about their business and charged us. Instead, they come out asking if the tire had been losing air. We answer no, and he shows the nail that was missing the pointed part and said it hadn't pierced the tire. They put the tire back on and then fill the tires to the correct pressure. They then say no charge . What amazing service! We will definitely be bringing the cars here for tires and future service! Thank you SO much!!! Do not hesitate to give these folks your business!!!”

“Steve, the owner of Elevance was referred to me to get my calipers painted along with other detail items for my Tesla. I purchased a Model Y LR with the Induction wheels. I looked into several shops that paint calipers and decided to go with Steve based on the referral, speaking to him on the phone and his fair pricing. He did an outstanding job as you can see with the before and after photos. Steve even put the red matching wheel cap stickers on for me at no charge. This really makes the wheels pop. What I loved about Steve is that he is humble, super nice, honest, helpful and informative. And everytime I called him, he answered his phone, unlike other shops where it goes to a VM and asks you to text them. I also had a scratch on the back of my liftgate that was over an inch that was in the clearcoat. Steve gave me a price and repaired this flawlessly. A body shop would have charged me double or triple to repair this scratch. Steve and his team are detailed, meticulous and really do take care of their customers vehicles as if they were their own. His 5 Star reviews are deservant. If you want your calipers done, PPF, Ceramic Coating, Tint or detail/body work, go see Steve. You'll be glad you did.”

“I FINALLY got my dream car, but the dream wasn't 100% complete so I went to work on fulfilling the dream. I wanted the wheels to be black gloss, I wasn't a fan of the factory set. I carefully studied reviews before I decided on New Year. Jonathan was amazing despite me calling a few times (ok probably more than a few LOL) to ask more questions. I left the car at 7:30. Jonathan called shortly after to let me know there was an issue with my lug nuts (known issue to Ford) and offered an affordable solution and suggested doing the calipers, sooo glad I said yes.
