I currently have a house full of people working from, going to school, gaming and streaming TV. WISP has been the best service to cover all of our needs. My internet connection and bandwidth has been perfect. Thank you WISP for the awesome reliable service.

The Wisp web site says up to 1 Gbps but the best they can provide is 100Mbps up and down and we only live a mile away from the antenna. Why bother, cable is twice the speed and 2/3s the cost of Wisp.You can’t speak to anyone other than the receptionist.And she is not even provided with anything but the slowest speed (50/50 Mbps) pricing. Just publish the real speeds and corresponding pricing with the necessary caveats for Possible line of site obstructions.

Folks, it is my duty to inform you that this switched to WISP is so far the best thing that has happened. HB Community Forum were talking about this company and how some people are doing the switched. Finally, I made the call it took a while to get a reply but they did and the service over the phone with Ms. ? was pleasant. She quoted me $70 dollars monthly fee. The technician was a little hard to comprehend his native tongue is Portuguese but we managed and the work was done perfect. It is not take long at all. The bill is $80 installation $80. dollars monthly fee. Huh! Well, it beats the Frontier Bill and the scam they are pulling. In closing, I suggest if you need just internet and you are like me no online video games this might be for you. 4 days now and no complaints whatsoever except why I did not find these people earlier. Best service and most reliable internet provider we’ve ever had. Besides immediate response, when service glitches occurred, their technicians usually show up within hours, rather than days. Time Warner, Spectrum and Verizon customer service lacked and performance varied. Installation was also sloppy. Other providers also continuously raised prices.

I have always had horrible internet service in my area from all of the big service providers. Since I’ve had WISP I have not had one issue. We have 5 TVs, 4 phones & multiple iPads that are constantly in use with apps, internet & gaming. I would highly recommend WISP service to anyone.

great service, had issues with connection and was solved very fast. Its great to talk to customer support people without being on hold for hours.
