Very poor service, this is the second package I have taken to this location and they have not been able to ship due to their hand-held scanner not working. The lady there lacked customers service was very rude to inform me that I had to wait 5 minutes for the machine to turn on, and later mentioned that she didn't know how long it would take. I mentioned if Fed Ex had been informed that their scanner was not working, and that comment seemed to upset her very much. I was just trying to be helpful since it was the second package that I have been able to ship from this location. I will definitely not return.

muy mal... intente llevar 2 paquetes pero no tengo impresora y tenia las etiquetas en mi telefono para ser escaneadas y resulta que ellos no imprimen etiquetas, no ofrecen ese servicio... no me sirvio para nada que molestia mas grande si pudiera pondria 0 estrellas
