They open at 5 am, My appointment was at 05:30 and i was done by 6. please follow the screenshot for check in, They allow drivers to use restroom and if you want to park overnight there is a broken Truck Stop once you take Exit form 99, At truck Stop once using Restroom bring your own toilet paper and soap.
