If I could give this post office zero stars I would. Had a PRE PAID label & Andrew who was assisting me refused to take my package if I did not buy tape. I had sealed packed with stickers that were available to costumers, & Andrew still refused to take my package. Ripped my label right in front of my face , forced to buy tape. Very rude costumer service will not come back to this location!

I have came in to the office multiple times because my mail is just going in circles after doing all the steps to change my adress and the attendant says he has no idea what is going on with my mail he has no way of helping me and to just wait to see what happens really I have been at my new adress for more than a month with none of my mail delivered and I just get the I don’t know how ridiculous is this!!! I even have the mail lady super nice knock on my new adress and asked me to come in the office and talk to the guy (the one who knows nothing )at this point I am very disappointed with Fowler post office.

Articulate, efficient, and worthy of praise. Human error occurs in all fields of professions, which can be excusable because we all have our good and bad days. Take consideration that our postal service field workers (delivery drivers) deal with individuals with a variety of psychological characteristics including publicly intoxicated and unstable, loose dogs, sprinklers, blocked mail boxes, hidden mail boxes, faulty mail boxes, and many other nuances that hinder or reduce efficacy; some which may even cause the postal worker to become terminated for something that was not at the fault of our worker, like getting bitten by a loose dog. I digress and explore you to thank a postal worker for their service delivering our mail rain or shine, while we sit in our air conditioned homes as they drive in a steel box with just a small fan without air conditioning in the Californian triple digit weather!

On 3-30-2022 I found a final notice from the post office in my mailbox. The notice said on 3-25-2022 they missed me and that my package would be returned on 3-28-2022. I went to the post office on 3-31-2022 and was told that my package must have been there for 18 days because it was returned to the sender. They couldn't tell me for sure because the notice didn't have a tracking number on it. The notice also didn't tell me what post office my package was at.I never received a first attempt at delivery notice. If I had, I would have picked the package up before I went on vacation. This is another example of complete government incompetence.

The tall older white guy is super rude and not helpful. Asked for help on how to send a huge package , was asking simple questions and all I got back was sarcasm and stupidity act outs on how they’re going to throw my package around. I wish him the best on working on his attitude and interactions. It is So embarrassing that at his late age he acts like a teenager.

I lived in Fowler for 16 years had a p.o. box there. I went to the post office at least 4 times a week in the entire 16 years never once did I ever have a bad experience The older man Rick is the one of the nicest persons I've ever known he is not lazy he goes out of his way to help. So to the person who wrote a bad review about Fowler maybe you need to stay out of fowler and stick to the L.A post office

Wanted to pick up a package, that was supposed to be delivered the next day... this older gentleman told me that they don't go through 3rd party packages until the next day, then how did the tracking number update that it was at Fowler's usps??... the guy was too lazy to go find my package in the "huge" store they have. Garbage in store customer service. The mail lady that delivers is cool though.

As small as Fowler is I'm so suprised how much my packages always get delivered to the wrong address. Does the post office not teach to read the whole address just the numbers?

USPS Fowler Post office takes pride in their work and assisting customers to get the greatest value for their money in services and products.

Since our original postal worker retired 2 years ago we have not had consistency in our mail delivery. I can't even guess what time it'll come from day to day. As for the post office, they're nice but the efficiency of it lacks. They need a diy machine like the one in Fresno or at least 2 workers when it's busy.

I'm on 99 South driving home and suddenly realized I need to find a Post Office. Quickly, I exited off the highway to Fowler. Drove into Starbucks and asked for directions to the P.O.( luckily it's only a few blocks away ) . I mailed my documents via EMS to Singapore and bought some of the newly released Lunar New Year stamps. The clerk mentioned I was the first customer to buy them and also it was the first day of release. .
