Second time I’ve been in the store. The same lady near the key department was very rude ! Does not know how to speak to a person. She just said (what you want). I don’t know if she need some education on customer service skills, but this is the second time she’s talk to me that way! I have had several businesses, one being an auto glass business and that it’s just not the way, you talk to people if she’s so unhappy she should need to find a new job!
