We recently had our acts hacked and had to close our accts with Bay Fed and open new ones. LALO (Luis) in the Freedom branch took very good care of us. He answered all of our questions, followed up with other issues we were having and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him and this credit union.

I've done all my business here with auto loans. Lupita has done everything for me. She has always streamlined the process and usually when I know I'm going to get a new vehicle I give her a heads up and she gets the paperwork done before I even go in! She's proactive which exceeds expectations in customer service these days. The branch itself has always been helpful when I come in for deposits and other transactions. Exceptional customer service.

This place is pretty amateur, as far as banks go I'm currently not impressed. Lady (I'll spare her name to not get her fired) that opened my account was rude and I'm very kind and professional. I got there at 9 am and she says she needed my rental agreement, I came back at at 3:30 with it excited to open my account. After I waited for 20 minutes I finally sat down and She said she was trying to take a break. Then took all my papers left and came back saying I didn't have the papers I needed. I told her I had just given them to her. Then she said my llc had to be in California so I couldn't open it up, I said look closely it is. Then she said my name wasn't on it, I said in this document is my operation agreement, it's a legal document that says I am the managing president of the company. When you open an account you should be greater with respect and grace. I wouldn't expect more from Watsonville , service is pretty bad in general here.

I know no one likes change but when change is for the better we usually adapt. This isn’t a change fro the better. Worse decisionCoast Tel did was merge. Lines, lines, lines. Even my real bank I never have to wait more than one person. Today waited 15 minutes in line for a simple transaction. Ugh!

10/25/19 update from below used the new ATM in the drive through lucky I as able to deposit my checks this time,but it looks like the screen is already having problems what a joke.Atms that never work, long lines I feel like it's a gamble to go here you ether can deposit your checks or you just waisted your time. today I wasted my time maybe tomorrow I can deposit my check? I think I should be reimbursed for my wasted time. The management for this branch and the one on main st are definitely failing.

The customer service at this credit union is truly reprehensible. If I could give them zero stars I would. I opened a savings account with a decent amount of money and they were supposed to send me my ATM card. A month later, it hadn't shown up. I called, got put on hold for an aggregate time of over half an hour, was promised a call back, they never called. This morning I went in, pulled all my money, opened an account elsewhere and won't be back. I was told that they had "an unusual high level of call volume because they just merged with another bank". Getting too big for your britches. No worries, there are other credit unions who will welcome my business.
