Wish i would have met rod before. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He goes above and beyond with the customers . He deserves a pay raise!!! Awesome experience. The 5 stars are for rod!”

“They didn't have the pellet stove in Watsonville, but they (TS) found one in Gilroy, they picked it up, delivered it, took the old pellet stove outside, and brought the new one inside. Two delivery guys were delightful! and thoughtful. All within a little over 2 hours. GREAT customer service!”

“I have been meaning to write a review for this Ace Hardware store for some time now so, here it is: 5 stars for an amazing paint department. The paint team is super helpful, well beyond any support you will receive from the Kelly Moore team in the same shopping center. In fact, I have quit buying Kelly Moore paint after many frustrating encounters there. Go to the the helpful paint store here at Ace; you will not be disappointed!! In addition, the rest of the store is stocked with a full selection of any other items you need for the kitchen, garden, garage, etc., also with friendly employees, ready to help you with anything you need.”

“Big shout out to Benji and Angela for helping me out after having a terrible morning, woke up to go to work, stopped for a snack, came outside my ladder was gone, I’d sit and cry about it but most likely a homeless guy smoked the damn thing before I could report it stolen. Benji and Angela took their time to help me out and was really friendly from the moment I walked in and the moment I walked out. Definitely shopping at this location again under different circumstances. 5 stars to both of you! ????”

“Kevin is awesome. I ordered a 5000 gallon water storage tank online, and submitted some information incorrectly. Kevin called me within the hour to confirm some details and got everything squared away. When I was asked how soon I needed the water tank I said ASAP and to my surprise after he looked into the scheduling he was able to deliver the tank out to my house same day. Kevin even helped me set the tank on my concrete pad which was above and beyond and very much appreciated. I appreciate the great deal on the tank and also Kevin helping me get the tank out same day and installed in the right spot. Thank you team Green Rubber Kennedy Ag!”

“1. They have what you need .2. Employees come to you to help.3. Fast,efficient, knowledgeable . 4. Price ? You get what you pay for !!Case in point : bought 2ea. 2x12 PT boards at 12 ft. At Home Depot ( 7 min. From home . They did not have2x12s at 14 ft. So I had to drive to Big Creek (45 min.) to get them .Home Depot boards had a brownWash slathered on that wiped off all over my gloves,tee shirt ,arms . Washed off with just water . and no preservative ( copper sulphate) visible.Big Creeks ? Dark black/brown stainWith copper sulphate smear all over the board especially in the soft grain .Get what you pay for !! Will get back in two years to let you know which boards rotted out ,Depot vs. Big Creek .”

“This location is so much better than Santa Cruz, stock is better, more organized less busy and the employees give great customer service as opposed to SC most of them are just stretched thin or straight up don't care and walk around talking to each other. Special shout-out to the equipment rental employees. I called recently to rent a carpet cleaner and they kindly informed me of a cheaper car cleaning vacuum washer I could rent that was better for the job. This is the kind of customer service that saves me time and money. Thank you.”

“I was in the other day, and I had to replace a few things in my house from the Pajaro flood I needed some sinks, faucets, vanities, some ceiling fans. things like that. she asked me lots of questions which made it so easy for me to purchase all the things I needed so I wouldn't have to come back for onesie, twoies items. Michelle helped me through my whole shopping process went to parking lot to get a bigger cart even helped me get someone to load my items into my van. This is why I like to shop at the store the customer service is just fantastic. thank you, Home depot and thank you, Michelle”

“Been doing HD for years...but usually the Capitola shop...due to nasty traffic, I decided to go to Watsonville...so glad I did...went for garden soil but needed a toilet...I don't know ----about toilets, but a very nice lady around plumbing was uber helpful and confirmed that the toilet I was most interested in is a big seller, high quality and that yes, I could do it myself...got it Home and to my surprise, it had a big broken piece of ceramic and I had to return it...the same great gal arranged for another to be brought down, we inspected it, found it to be perfect AND she gave me 25% off for the trouble!...very cool-whole store was great-from Loaders to cashiers and this very nice gal...it's all about customer service-always has been..and this Watsonville Home Depot gets that!...thanks all...and yes, the toilet works perfectly!”
