The entire pedicure was like 7 minutes long, no filing, no cuticle thing, no buffing, no scrubbing, no lotion, and was $35. Should’ve driven the 30 mins to Tracy nails in Capitola

Pedicure lasted less than 10 minutes (no exfoliation, no cuticle cleaning, no massage .. nothing). Lady was in a rush, she was only going to do one coat. I had to ask for a second coat. Basically the service is (only) to paint toe nails for $25

I typically do not get my services done in Watsonville. Perfect example I got into this place today. I was grateful. But typically if you’re getting a pedicure, you’re basically just getting your feet washed and nail polish on. There was nothing about it. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. Then I needed my fill done, as I’m going to an event. And the technician that worked on me was very rude. Very rough , And got upset because she was doing the shape of my nails incorrectly they were uneven, and she kept getting into my skin and pulling on my hands and was just horrible, and when I brought it to Her attention she just got more upset. I had to speak to the manager at that point or whoever the lady was that runs it. They really don’t do anything to rectify it. I was lucky to even have her finish it Just so I can get out of there. This place is just about Getting as many people in and out to make their money, but there’s no care and what they’re doing and it’s all about a rush no matter what it looks like they just wanna get to the next person. Again, it’s my fault for not booking an advance where I normally San Jose.
The prices are probably at least expensive in town. I figure that’s why they are busy. The quality What you’re paying for is just junk even at their low prices. But they like they say, you get what you pay for.
I highly do not recommend this place.👎🏽👎🏽

Went to get nails done for my bday party and one of the ladies helped me out. During the process I noticed on one hand it wasn’t matching the others with the glitter/shiny part. I told the lady and she blamed me for not putting it in the light long enough. I told her I did do that and she said I didn’t lol. Ok. So she told me to put it under the light and after I told her it wasn’t matching still. She said it would look better under the sunlight. I paid $60 for me and my daughter’s nails (she just got a pink color nothing crazy) and went outside. It looked off, but maybe it was me. As soon as I got to the car I asked my husband and he said it was way off. I went home and called the lady and she said to fix it it would be $10 extra to fix something she messed up on so I said no it’s ok.
A couple hours later I got a payment update to my card that they charged an extra $5 for some reason?!?!

I love my nails!! This is the second time going. The first time I went I got a pedicure. All the women are very polite and I had a broken nail and they fixed it and put a coat of dip polish to make my nails stronger. (I am very hard on my nails, gardening and such) so I appreciated the suggestion ? will definitely go back. Only downside is it felt rushed but if you are looking for a quick set and need in and out fast, this is the place!

I'm from out of town I Crack a nail got to this place ask to get fix right away they ask if I did my nail here I said No im from out of town they start taking on there language I told them I'm not asking for free charge me what ever just fixed they keep talking and they say there are busy and about to close in 30 mins only 1 of the 3 where busy with a client?

Went to get a manicure. Lady was in a rush, didn’t cut my cuticles, cut me TWICE, left acrylic all over my fingers, didn’t completely cover nail with clear coat there are some dull spots on all nails

I'm NEVER going to come here again Annie did a terrible job on my nails and she left alone for more than 10 minutes I left crying because my nail didn't look nothing like the picture and terrible services she was working at three more people and me $40 for a basic set is unbelievable! I'm just never going to come here again
