My mom went here for bloodwork and they neglected to treat her humane. Her sugar was low and they neglected to help her in her emergency. This place needs to evaluate its employees and their competencies. This is not right. I'm going to have her doctor write a formal complaint against them; this is unacceptable.

They repeatedly close with no notice. Years ago they would put something on the door if they are closed. Now they just close with no notice (during regular business hours) and do not put a note on the door. There are patients and employees that are required to get blood tests done within 24 hours, so if there is a note on the door the patient/employee would be able to take a photo of the note and provide proof to their employer or to whomever needs to know.

I had no troublemaking an appointment. Arriving on time, only one person was ahead of me. The technician, Alexis, took care of him very quickly. She then took good care of me, I didn't feel a thing!

I always have excellent service at Labcorp both in Watsonville and Santa Cruz,. Today when I went in there were already 6 people waiting. Luckily, I had an appointment, but the girl behind the desk was efficient and very pleasant, even though she was all alone. Recommend highly.

This was my first time here. I went in for a routine blood draw this morning. I had an 8:30am appointment which I had made the afternoon before. First off, I was surprised to be able to get a morning appointment so quickly. At Quest, I usually have to make it at least 2-3 days out for a morning appointment since that's the busy time because everyone is fasting and wants to eat. I arrived at 8:09am and used the check-in feature that allows you to let them know you're there, but waiting in your car. I wish Quest had this feature since I'm often waiting in an uncomfortably tight/packed waiting room. Within 2 minutes I received a text letting me know that they were ready for me. I walked in and realized I was the only person there! No one in any of the waiting area chairs. The lady at the desk took my slip and completed my blood draw within a few minutes. I asked the lady if it's normally this slow, and she said no that it's usually busier. So, I guess I just lucked out on timing. I was out of there by 8:20am. I hope my future appointments here run just as smoothly.

Now that about ten people have been waiting for over an hour, we have realized that not a single person came to work today. If I could zero star this it would be done. Horrible customer services.

The experience at the lab is great, but my doctor did not receive the results. When I try to call to talk to a person everything is automated and there is no way to get through to a person. I left a message. Hopefully I will get a call back. My doctor won't fill a prescription because she has not received the lab results. This is so frustrating!

I got stood up by Lapcorp Watsonville. I had a 9:00 appointment for standard lab work, and when I arrived, another person was outside and we tried the door and it was locked. We both waited awhile, but no one arrived to conduct business and we both left. Usually, Labcorp has been fine and on time with previous appointments, though it's felt a bit sketchy with a receptionist/phlebotomist who looks like they just borrowed a white jacket after stubbing out a cigarette.....

I received fast and friendly service unlike quest diagnostics! I received my results same day and I love the option to wait in my car.

Scheduled a prepaid appointment 2 weeks ago, only to find that the site is temporarily closed when I arrived perfectly on time! The phone number didn’t work either, and there’s no way to get an immediate response from their website!

I had a 9:00 appt for a fasting blood draw. I got there 10 minutes early, and about 6 people were milling outside the office. I checked in and waited in my car, as instructed, for the text to call me in. I waited till 9:20, then decided to wait inside in case they' forgotten me. The doors were locked. I went back to my car and called the office; the phone rang and rang. I was asked to leave a message and was then cut off after a few seconds. I waited 10 more minutes, then left. That was yesterday. I have yet to get a text calling me in. I hadn't eaten in 14 hours, so it was not a good start to my morning. My husband had been going to this office for years, and this was the second time for me. The first time, I was unable to get through to the office to find out if they had received my doctor's authorization, so I had to show up with fingers crossed. The only person in the office that day was serving as receptionist AND phlebotomist--not a good sign, but I was processed fairly quickly because few people were waiting. Neither of us will EVER use Labcorp again. I'll pay the roughly $100 more out of pocket to go to Sutter Health from now on. They are expensive, but extremely organized and competent. Labcorp sent me an email today to follow up on my experience--makes me wonder if they'll try to bill my insurance company, too. I'll be watching...

Always have great service here, and I haven't ever waited more than 30 minutes.
