I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. Apartments are clean and roomy. Some patios or balconies overlook a beautiful courtyard. In the spring you may hear the dove cooing. Grounds and hallways are very well kept up. Grounds are beautiful, calming, and peaceful. An inviting common area with lots of books. Different holidays we have a potluck. Management very friendly and helpful. If in need of maintenance very prompt .This complex is in a safe and quiet area of Freedom. Situated behind Safeway, Big Lots and Rite Aid Pharmacy, etc. A wonderful place to call home.

I applied called regularly, sent in my updated info as requested, left several messages, called several weeks later was told that my name was taken off the waiting list, I would need to reapply and start all over again, something is going on over there that doesn't seem right. Not professional, shady and biased.

My first visit to Paloma Del Mar to drop off an application was very good. They sent me an application via email immediately and everyone in the office was very polite, I couldn't of asked for a better experience!!!

Paloma is one of the best communities I have ever lived in. From management to neighbor everyone is great. The grounds are park like

Don't sweat the small stuff. After all it is you that make or break a community . Be kind.

The current manager is not up to the job of managing a group like this. He is very biased, permissive, not a lot of control. Brawls, Fights, threats, Loud noise, illegals staying, parties, smoking, drinking, fighting. Not a safe senior apartment community, as when the first owner had it. The new owner does not care. Just a financial venture. Management is extremely poor.

Mostly good.Mostly good.More than not, most problems are caused or brought about by the tenants ourselves.Management can't control, oversee and maintain all our needs and wants.Noteven close, especially not as most expected. To many of us are overly aggressive, ass-ertive , and most of all, to opinionated.IF most of us tried just a little, a lot of ""the BIG THINGS'' will have the attention they re-quire . I've lived here , going on five years, mostly good , when they haven't been it's beenbecause of my inaction ( loss of self-control ) , or others and they're inaction (diddo ) .

WHY LIST YOUR APTS, WHEN YOU HAVE A 3 YEAR WAIT LIST. Wasting people's time and not returning phone calls.
