The Pharmacist that I got transferred to on the phone on Oct 5th around 7:30pm is an idiot! I was ask to provide my sons weight to get his medicine prescribed. Once weight was provided she responded with “that’s too much weight for his age” she clearly does not have knowledge on Body diversity. Her job is to get the information requested and prescribe the medication. No one is asking for her opinion by making unnecessary comments based off a scale number yet not having his information on his height. Please do better !

For the best price in beer, no one could beat this place. Among the other things, that they have what a great-great store. And gabby has such a great customer service Thanks again for the great experience. We'll always go back.

Went to pick up my VERY SICK mother inlaws scripts which was not ready yesterday and which by the way was called in yesterday at 145 pm. Today when i got there at 9:00 which is when they are supposed to open, the doors were shut, at 9:05 they open but were busy counting there money and talking with each other while 4 people were in line. When it was my turn they told me it wasn't ready and to come back in half an hr which i did but one of the meds was an inhaler and they did not have. When the pharmasist VV came to council I asked way it was not ready and she said VERY RUDELY they were busy to which I responded that is no excuse as my mother inlaw was extremely sick and she just turned and walked away no sorry or anything. I quit going here because of the extremely poor customer service. I have been a supervisor in customer service for many years and would have been fired if i acted like that. We will be transfering to CVS at target where the staff has their act together and are awsome. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURS OR A LOVED ONES HEALTH DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY THEY DON'T CARE. Also I worked in the medical field for 18 years and my wife is a Certified Pharmacy Tech so we know what should be expected.

Many of the pharmacy are not friendly, big turnover and prescriptions are slow to be filled. Days, unless you call after 2nd day & not ready. Very frustrating when you need meds "NOW". One time it took 4 days. Unacceptable!!!

This is specifically for the Pharmacy, the store and employees seem fine and friendly. The Pharmacist Vy seems to not take patient's safety into consideration at all. My mom was released from hospital yesterday and two days prior the hospital called all her prescriptions in. The pharmacy text me dad that they were all ready the same day. We knew this was untrue. Once my mom was released and on her way home I stopped by to pick up all her Prescriptions. She had 8 which according to the text two days prior were all ready for pick up. Not the case I received 4 and told 1 other would be ready in 15 minutes and her insulin would be in the following day by 3pm. I said I do not think that will work based n the fact I know she was getting it 3x a day possibly. The Pharmacist Vy said oh is that a problem? I said yes I am no doctor but I believe when people do not get the insulin they need timely they might die. She said oh I have one pen I can give you until the others come in. I could not believe she's asking me if its an issue! I said OK Ill be back in 15 minutes. By the way they never said anything about the other 2 meds we are still missing. I go back an 1hr later, They give me the 1 med and the substitute insulin. I go home we test my mom at 847pm we realize we do not have the needle that attached to the insulin pen. Luckily they are open till 9pm. I call and asked why i did not received she says oh sorry she has so many prescriptions me missed it. What??? How was I going to give it to her??I walked in to get thinking it was just something that was included, no that will 15.00 , OK now I have to go back to my car get my wallet and walk back in. I pay and tell her that she taking peoples lives her hands by missing prescriptions this important. She just stares at me with no sorry nothing, but does have the nerve to ask if I need anything else, so I said well I think that is a question I should be asking you. Again no word on the other 2 RX she has still never mentioned.So today I get to return and get the promised insulin and ask where the other Rx are since they seem to have "missed" those too one being a steroid to keep swelling on my moms brain down. But to her oops!I have to say RiteAid you need to re look at the people you are putting in charge of others lives. You are going to be held responsible for these individuals who do not care.

Went to Rite Aid in Freedom to pick up a prescription. l presented a coupon to the clerk at the time of purchase (as the coupon stated) and she rolled her eyes, gave me a dirty look and said GO SIT DOWN! She went back to the pharmacist on duty and returned only to help 2 customers. After waiting 20+ minutes, she returned and stated we don't accept coupons for your prescription. The coupon which I printed off the internet had Rite Aid's name on the top, the prescription name and description, and the sale amount. Their customer service Sucks. If they don't accept the coupons, why advertise them? If they don't accept coupons why make the customer wait 20 minutes to inform them. If you call in a prescription refill, it's never ready when they say it will be.

VERY disappointed in today's shopping experience at this store. I needed some essential items so I walked in the store...found my products...walked up to the register. NO ONE was there. I looked around only to see a very large man strolling up the aisle toward the registers. I thought he was a shopper. He said NOTHING...for example "I'll be right with you". NOTHING. I looked at him and he continued to stroll by me and finally, slowly....walked to a register. He rang up my items without a word. NO customer service with this guy!! He appeared half asleep or very bored. No smile...nothing. I gathered my items and left. I realize these are hard times and it is tough getting competent and friendly employees...but this guy was something else! VERY off-putting.

Saved 150.00 month by switching to Aptos this rite aid wont honor rx coupons but Aptos store did just cause I had medicare the watsonville location refused to give me a discount thanks to the clerk who told me to go to the Aptos store that they would let me use rx discounts .I can't believe same store chain could make up there own rule .
