Walgreens Pharmacy at this location is really POOR. Waited in line approximately 20-25 minutes while there was 3 people in front of me and 1 vehicle. One counter person handling BOTH. Then when they FINALLY had another person help I got helped. I got only 1 item out of 3 that SHOULD have been ready. This is the second time that they DID NOT have adequate stock numbers. If this wasn't for my wife I would use another Walgreens location.

This review is for the Pharmacy only. The store itself has always met my needs.Pharmacy at this location is the worst. The Pharmacist will not fill any prescription from any other known doctor out of Watsonville, unless you tell him the reason you are seeing the doctor. So if you happen to be seen at Standord or any other hospital other than in Watsonville. They will want to know the reason your being seen by that specific doctor. The medication was not filled, and went without medication for a surgery that was scheduled.Last year, I was able to fill a prescription at a Walgreens in Los Angeles. And Walgreens in Los Angeles did not ask why my doctor is in a different county.The hours of the pharmacy change frequently. They are false, I have come inside during the hours posted and they are closed.My household has moved to a different pharmacy.

Very poor service from the pharmacy. Always behind schedule. They cancel prescriptions that are in progress causing me to call multiple times to get any refills. I was on hold today for more than 45 minutes when someone answered and then hung up on me. I've requested medication online, then it's canceled without notification causing me to call and remain on hold again. Now there are call center representative answering that don't even work in the pharmacy where the precription is being filled. They have no answers to questions and I'm told to go directly into the pharmacy to get the information.

This place is not awake.Lied to by a manager.Staff doesnt move.They dont know how to use western union ,"automated ",services.Manager "Joel",is dishonest .He was asked to exchange Western Union $200 and he told us that we could wait a few minutes so we can cash out his drawers and he said he didn't have enough for $200 Western Union and let me walk around the store to get our stuff and come back to you he wasn't even at his register the station was abandoned somebody else took it over to know who you're talking about made me feel silly when he came back he can't do it because it was close to 7:30 but before 7:30 fryer we were already there and he gave us the okay to be cashed out but it's okay.

So this walgreens doesn't follow the California alcohol sale between 6am to 2am. The hour this store sales Alcohol is at 10am to 2am. So those doing last minute alcohol run in the morning for gatherings. Make a note. Hope this helps yall out.

At the drive thru ,THEY WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME MY EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTION UNLESS I CAME UP WITH $1.35 in CASH !!!I HAD TO TURN OFF MY CAR TO RUMMAGE THRU MY CAR TO FIND THE cash. !!THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW LUCKY THEY WERE THAT I FOUND IT !I

The pharmacy is the worst place I have ever gone to they take the longest to help you . They take their sweet time to attend people . No lie I waited so long in line to just get one medicine . They need more workers or organize things better. It shouldn't take so long to get your prescriptions. There's 4 works helping so I don't know what's the big issue about ! Get it together ! Walgreens on feeedom ! I wanted to give them a zero star but I can't . But they don't deserve that one star

Hasn't changed in the last five years or more. Still takes at least three phone calls to the pharmacy to get to a human. You hang on for at least fifteen minutes and then someone picks up the phone and hangs up on you. I HAD to call them as a script got sent to them in error. AVOID THIS STORE.

Do not get your prescription filled at Walgreens PharmacyI have been trying to pick up prescription for the last three days and no luck. Day one closed all day. Next day two closed at 2pmCalled in to get information and was told the next they would be closing at 6pm. I keftbwork early to be there before closing. Super long line of people wIting day and right at 6pm closed turning away everyone that had been waiting. This is crazy bad service. Why not close at 5 and help everyone that arrived at 5pm. I understand being short staffed but people need their prescriptions. Find solutions partners with other pharmacy to get prescriptions filled but do something. Or don't take the prescription order allow people tobgo elsewhere especially because you can't deliver. No care for those in need. I don't understand how they went from 24 hours to zero.

I like and dislike this Walgreens. First the toys and trading cards are good. You can expect some basketball, baseball,football,Pokémon(tins), And magic the gathering(Theme boosters) And have a nice selection of candy,chips,treats, and all around food! But the pharmacy is just so bad. The lines are always soooo huge, but I know Walgreens can't control that but they take hours just to help one single person. And the customer service is bad. All the pharmacy workers have bad attitudes. But there is one Asian old worker who has really really bad attitude. Would recommend for food or toys, would not recommend for pharmacy.

It took over a week for them to finish my last prescription. I shared my frustration with a manager who shared with me that there was over 700 orders ahead of mine ... after they had verbally GUARENTEED my order would be complete in one and one half hours. I was skeptical and requested they verify this guarantee with the pharmacist so I wouldn't have to waste my time waiting. Not satisfied.

The service was very helpful and enjoyable here. I was able to find what I needed and the prices were generally very good .
