Since when does 7 Eleven close. It is corporate policy that it stays open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Several times I have gone by after working all day to get something to eat but only find locked doors. I was a regular customer, coming in sometimes three times a day and spending a lot of money. Over the past couple of weeks they have lost a couple hundred dollars in sale from me alone because they locked the doors and turned me away. I'm taking all of my business to Circle K. Say goodbye to your best customer, plus I'm informing corporate about the franchise agreement violation.

Don't come here. Over 35 minutes of sitting in my car waiting for a group of 5 men to leave from in front of the store so I can go inside because I have on shorts in this crazy heat. I truly hate that they're the ones open this early. Go ANYWHERE else if possible!!!!!!!!!!

When worker cooks the pizza , he burns it . Everytime. Customer Service is not good. Plus, We went there to get a ice coffee. Worker said, no more. I know you can always fill that up. Just lazy lazy lazy. Manager needs to do something about it. To make customers happy.

Our intent was to get a quick bite to eat while waiting for the bus from the dentist, but that thought was short lived and reduced to just 2 bags of chips, one each for us and a soda we shared. I just saw hot dogs and that's it. No chicken wings or Pizza. Not sure if we missed something in the store or not. It's clean though and organized. Store employees are friendly. There is a redbox outside this location, we got a movie to bring home since you can return it to any location. I noticed they had 2 registers open at this location and someone willing to help out on the other register when another employee was busy , something the one in Hayward on Jackson street lacks and just has one register open all the time so it was a plus for us to see.

7-11 is supposed to open 24/7, i been coming at 4:30 sometimes 5 am alomst everyday and the employee is no where to be found with doors looked and customers waiting outside. I caught the employee sleeping behind the counter. He is the worst employee.

I went there at 1:10 am and it was closed but online it says 24hrs. And the number it's not a working number.

It's like any other 7-Elevens; nothing much changed about this place ever since I came here first. drink/food section is decent, the coffee station is always kept neat, always found the donuts fresh. Soft drink station is always a mess. You will find the stuffs you normally find on any typical convenience store here as well. Back in the days the service was terrible. The cashier those days was a terrible person. He was rude to me couple of times; one for telling him that the the fountain drink station need some attention. on another occasion, I had issues with the Citibank atm inside that and he was acting as if it was my my fault that the machine was not dispensing cash. I stopped going there ever since. But it's changed a lot over the last 2 years may be. New cashiers are much better and friendly. Limited parking; sometimes you may find some homeless people (not sure they are) and they may approach you for money. No troubles so far, but it's still scary, especially when you have kids in car and stopped for some last minute stuff in the late evenings.

They don't enforce masks here. Everytime I come in, there is at least one customer in line not wearing a mask. The employees are polite and don't say anything, but this is a matter of public safety

This 711 is a joke it say open 24hrs but it closes at 12am. 711 is operated on a 24hr business model. They close the store at 12am but advertising its 24hrs how is that when you don't even open up till 5am. These guys love losing money lol.

If you pay with cash and your change is less than 25 cents, you won't get your change unless you ask. There are 2 guys there that do this to me... everytime! One of the guys always gives me a puzzled look whenever I ask for my change. I actually think this guy is being honest, but has a major handicap of not knowing basic math. The other guy is just trying to rip me off.
