They charged me more than 2 dollars each for 2 cups of just ice when u go to other 711s it’s usually less than a dollar for a ice cup when I asked the cashier just told me that’s regular price

my car broke down in the intersection at this 7/11 at 3am on the way to work, i pushed the car into the parking lot... i was outside waiting for a tow truck from 3am to 6 am in the pouring rain, and not once did anyone come out to ask what was going on, i also had to go inside to break a bill and get change and he almost did not want to do it, i told him i was stranded and needed it for the tow truck that was right outside at the time. the guy was really rude, i will never go back to this disgusting 7/11.

WARNING ⚠️ Four days after using this ATM at a local 7-11, my account was robbed of $200+300=$500 total, which was basically all that was in there in such large increments (ie, if I had more in there in those amounts, they would have gotten that too!) My debit card had to be cancelled, and I now have the inconvenience of denying legitimate charges, while I wait for replacement cards.I was unaware that 7-11 ATMs are notorious for thieves attaching a card reader above the actual reader, and dropping ppls' card info into a database, later used to make ATM withdrawals. This showed up in my account as "CITIZENS EQUITY FIRST CU BRANHAM" just like that, in all caps.I informed the 7-11 employees and they said they'd escalate the issue. My credit union is also investigating. I just pray my funds will be returned, unprovissionally. I don't want this to happen to you, so please be aware that when you stick your card into a card-reader (vs wave), this has the potential of happening.

Pls don’t use your debit or credit card in this gas station. Tow of my my credit cards are compromised right after used in this place. I seldom use my credit cards in other places so I am 100% it is this gas stations problem.

This place is dirty. I used to get gas here and put up with the sticky concrete because it was close. Now that my debit card has been hacked by the guy that works there I am done. There was no skimmer on the machine because I checked and now I have two charges from an Exxon gas station in Hayward and another one from a gas station on Harder road. This place is horrible.

The last 2 visits paper towels are out outside. Pumps are very annoying, some days your credit card would work, other days it would not work even though it is the same pump. I had stopped going here because of this.

Ordered sugar from them through Uber Eats and recieved flour. Tried again and recieved powdered creamer. Switched to Grubhub but recieved the powdered creamer again. These asshats see sugar on an order and think it's OK to substitute flour or creamer with no explanation or communication.

DO NOT come to get your gas here. I had one of my cards compromised and used at other gas stations. They are scammers.
