In the last one year, the store has gotten better, more clean and spacious. Coffee 7-11 decaf and exclusive, good, smooth and fresh. Service has improved a lot in the last 6-9 months. It's convenient for quick visits. Thanks to the morning and evening team, they are very customer oriented and never on the phone. Previous staff used to be on the phone earbuds, during transactions. Thank you for all the hard work and attending customers.

I don’t generally write reviews but what happened today irked me.7/11 often had a “mix and match” deal where you can purchase two different types of drinks for a discount, not always two of the same or the same type. We purchased a couple of drinks that were advertised as this. We were rung up, and no special. When I asked why, they said “Oh, it’s only for the same type.” I said that’s not right and I was told I was wrong. Which is not the case, because I walked over and confirmed it can be two different.Then their answer changed to “Oh, the system won’t let us give the discount for two different drinks.” Even though it is advertised as such.Don’t blame me that your system doesn’t work. Don’t have an advertisement up when it’s not expired but tell me that I’m wrong. Just be careful before paying to make sure that your advertised deal is accounted for.

Terrible and unprofessional too.Bought 2 pack of marlboro and cashier gave me only discount $0.50.Poster that on the door said discount $1.70 when purchase 2 packs.If you're not going to give a proper discount, take off the poster.And don't speak in other country language in front of customer's face, it sounds like swearing

The guy working at 6am on Thursday morning September 7th declined four cards from the guy in front of me then proceeding to decline mine twice and tell me cash only after wards. I opened my bank statement and was charged twice for the same item when he said it was "declined" I showed him the time stamp of the transaction and that he was trying to scam people. his response was "F*** You" with the middle finger pointed up. this place is stealing your money. I'm sure the man in front of me was charged four times and just walked out without checking. these people are the problem !

Terrible and unprofessional. I walked mile out of my way so I could utilize the reward points : they had none of the sizes and/or products that aligned with reward. They didn’t have the size “medium”; this is Cleary a maneuver to avoid honoring the rewardsDon’t fall for their bs innocent immigrant can’t speak English sorry act. These are criminals and fraudsters misusing the 711 brand

This happened on Jan 5 at about 4.40pm. I ordered 8- boneless wings from the cashier (man in mid 20s). When I asked how much it was, he said that the 8-boneless wings were going to be $4+ with tax. He ended up charging me $6.50 before tax. I asked him why he charged me so much but he said that it was the original price. In fact, he said that he ADDED 2 extra chicken wings to the bag (which is his reasoning on why he charged me that much) but I only received 8. The stick can only hold 8 wings and behind the counter, there was another stick that also had 8 wings only. It was ridiculous as he tried to manipulate the situation and LIE saying that he added more when there was clearly proof that he didn't. He couldn't even speak English that well. He refused to correct it and pay me back. He didn't even want to listen to my own reasoning and kept asking me to leave! I was so upset and wanted to call the police since he cheated my money. When I got home, I checked the app and the price for the wings that I bought were supposed to be $3.99 before tax. This is outrageous. He tried to take advantage of a customer by telling me that the price was $4+, but then charged me $6.50 before tax, and then refused to understand my situation.I would give them negative 5 stars

After reading other reviews it's makes sense to my experience. I went in after dropping an Uber customer off and there was a sign on the door saying "cleaning 30 min" with no time I tried the door to speak with staff and a man came from back saying "closed closed" I asked when will you reopen he just kept repeating "closed closed" closed closed" why do you have 24 hour if it's not true. I get cleaning but to keep shouting closed closed, change your hours if you want to be closed
