$1000 to change the oil and transmission fluid. LOL! I am surprised they could quote me that with a straight face. I guess I have to look at the bright side, it comes with a free car wash!I guess that explains why there were no other customers there.Update: brought it to a local business that had a high rating on Yelp and it was only 10% of what Acura of Fremont quoted. But damn, no free car wash.

Called in to make an appointment for an oil change. Person on the phone said appointments aren't necessary. I bring my car in and then I'm told Friday and Saturday are appointment only. I also previously got a differential flush (per their recommendation), I bring the car in for a wash and they tell me I need another differential flush 9 months after the first one.You be the judge.

Bought 2024 Acura MDX here and the experience is excellent all around. Nice people and beautiful car! High recommend Internet sales specialist Branda. Contacted here with email, she provided prompt response to the point with details and precisely. When I walk in, the car is ready, the deal is on the table, no surprising, no upsell, finished trade-in, finance, contract in less than 3 hours. She also provide good intro. to the car features, service manager, and Again Highly recommend Branda, professional, efficient, friendly car sale veteran, esp. for those who are not interested in the old school dealership front-back-office upsell tricks.

Went to Acura Fremont on Friday. Met with Amanda and Tony. We were looking to trade in our old vehicle with a negative equity. We were in a tough situation, thinking it wouldn't be possible. But Amanda and Tony honestly helped us so much! We thought we wouldn't we able to trade in our vehicle due to the circumstances, but little did we know we were signing papers and picking up our new 2024 Acura integra! I swear these guys are the best people to work with! They answered all our questions and resolved a lot of our problems! We would truly reccomend our friends and families to come out here! We appreciate you Amanda, Tony and Andy!!! Thank you for all your help!

Pre-Approved Auto loan buyers beware. I was lied to from the beginning till the end & if they promise you anything I would recommend you to have them put it in writing or record their voice. I came to Acura Fremont to buy a used car from their lot. I had an approval letter from my Bank (pre-approved auto loan) that has a relationship with this dealership. My bank told me it should be a fast transaction, quick in and out. The dealership wanted to do a light credit check to verify me with my Bank (not exact words). I called my Bank to verify & I was told this is common. So, I gave the dealership my information & approval letter. This process took almost an hour & they gave me some paperwork to sign & I was on my way. Later I found out they did not do a light credit check, the dealership ran a full credit check & applied for another auto loan with my Bank, I’m assuming they did this to get commission for the loan. This was done without my consent & I was misled to sign the papers because that was the process. When I called them to change the loan to my original application with my bank they declined to do so. They denied everything & basically told me to deal with it. My advice to you is, there are a lot of Acura dealerships in the Bay Area & you should take your business elsewhere. In my opinion, this car was purchased in an auction, & dropped in the lot for sale without any maintenance work. No tune up, oil change nothing. I have pictures of dashboard filter & spark plugs, unbelievable.update 10/31/23to the manager at the dealership who is trying to reach out to me. I will not talk over phone because no one at the dealership wants to talk on record (recording conversation). You can contact me via email, the internet Sales Consultant has my information.

It has been seven months since I bought my first car in the U.S. soil. I saw the car on CarMax and called to the dealer, Cesar answered and I went to check the car. While test driving the car, I got a call from work and I have to leave. Cesar completed all the process in two hours and brings the car to my office. The manager also very helpful. It was a great experience to make a business with Acura of Fremont.

Ignoring the fact our dealer was very pushy on trying to get us to buy the subscription maintenance plan, he was extremely unhelpful in getting our car back. We arrived when they opened so we were one of first people helped. We received an eta on 3 hours. We waited for 4.5 hrs before looking for our service dealer. When we finally found him getting coffee, we found out our car had been done for a while and he hasn't bothered to reach out. No mention of the delay or apology.

This dealership is the worst for service. I bought my TSX here in 2013 and pre-COVID I used to bring my car in for regular oil changes and 30,000 mile service. Because I've been working from home I haven't driven my car much so it's been about 3 years since I've brought it in (it's only at 60k miles). I first tried to walk in for service on a Wednesday morning. I figured it would take an hour or a little bit longer, but the Service Advisor (he may even be a Service Manager), Justin Winn, walked up to my window and asked if he could help me. I told him I was hoping to walk in for an oil change service and he just was not a friendly guy. He asked if I had someone picking me up and I proceeded to tell him that I was hoping to wait for it at which point he rudely says to me "well you're gonna be waiting a few hours." I mean, I get it, but must you be rude? I get the vibe he either (1) hates his job or (2) hates me (although this is the first time I've ever met the guy). So I tell him to never mind, I'll come back another day. He just walked away. There was no "are you sure? Maybe I can arrange our shuttle to take you home." Or "can I help you book an appointment?" Just total lack of service skills (ironic, for a Service Manager) and lack of interest in retaining a customer. So I go home and proceed to make an appointment for that Saturday at 1:00. She tells me that's the first appointment after the service techs get back from lunch. Great! I'll take it. I bring the car in at 12:55 and wait patiently in their service bay. He waits until 1:00 and comes out to ask me if I need help. With my luck, I get Justin Winn, the SAME guy. Same lack of interest, same disdain for me. I tell him I have a 1:00 appointment and he tells me to wait inside his office. He comes in about 5 minutes letter and clacks away at his keyboard "lemme just pull your record up." Here it comes. I'm waiting for it. "Looks like this car hasn't been here for 3 years." I explain the whole COVID thing to him. He proceeds to try to sell me on a 60,000 mile service for $1,000 and some hundreds of dollars. Sounds like a bunch of stuff that should be done under the oil change service plus tire rotation, balancing, fuel and oil treatments, and some other stuff that should never add up to that amount. But the whole thing is he may have sold me on it had he not been so condescending sounding and just unfriendly. I tell him I'll pass because I HAVE NO INTEREST IN GIVING MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS JERK. He then tells me that the oil change is going to take 3.5 to 4 hours (even though I have an appointment). I tell him, ok I'll need a ride then, and he COMPLETELY shuts me down. "Sorry I can't do that for you." At this point I'm so pissed and vowing in my head to never bring my car here again and to never buy an Acura again. He tells me I need to call someone or "take an Uber." I can't remember being so disappointed in a service experience in a long time. As I'm pulling up my Uber app, flames are shooting out of my ears. I sign the service estimate, mutter "thanks" and walk out eager to get to the end of this transaction so I can never come back here again. I'll be taking my car to another dealership for my service appointments from now on. Thanks for nothing.

The process of purchasing our Acura at Acura of Fremont was so smooth, quick, and easy. Most people don’t usually hear these three words when describing a car-buying experience, but thanks to Amanda, our Product Specialist, Jon, our internet manager, and Ngoc, our finance manager, that was exactly our experience. All three staff members were very pleasant to work with, professional, friendly, and easy-going. There was absolutely no sales pressure from Amanda as she answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable to take our time checking out the car and making a decision. We were able to negotiate on the price with Jon and he came up with an amount that we were very happy with. Completing the paperwork with Ngoc was quick and painless as she easily explained the purpose of each document that we were signing. We will definitely return when it comes time to purchase another Acura and highly recommend this dealership to our family and friends. Thank you, Amanda, Jon, and Ngoc for a great car-buying experience!

We bought a RDX through Costco Auto Program and it was a smooth transaction. Branda was amazing to work with. She answered all our questions prior to meeting her at the dealership. We knew what vehicle we wanted and she delivered. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from here through Costco Auto Program. It was completely hassle free.

I've been searching cars for myself and have contacted multiple dealerships and asked for Out-the-Door prices.Jon Do from Acura of Fremont helped me out to get my brother get in a 2024 Integra. He was very responsive and transparent from the start - gave me an out the door price, different options (colors/ trims).I'll definitely reach out when it's my turn to buy an MDX.

I was in need of a bigger car than my Passat, and finally after many years of resisting decided to get an SUV. I don't like to change cars, so wanted to make sure that whatever I chose would last a long time and fit my needs until my son goes off to college. I did my homework, and found that every review of the Acura MDX was positive, but a new one was way more than I was willing to spend. I found a CPO MDX on the Fremont Acura web site, and although it's a really long drive and the traffic can be terrible on a weekend, I made an appointment with Cesar to come and see the car. The car was spotless, like new but at significantly less money! The reliability of Honda is legendary, so I just wanted to make sure that I got one that had been taken care of. Cesar was attentive without being pushy, and knowledgeable about this car and Acuras in general. My experience with the entire staff was great, and Cesar was an excellent quarterback. I had an unpleasant surprise on my Carfax for my trade, but the team at Acura of Fremont did their best to mitigate the impact and made me a deal that I was happy with. Everyone has a car dealer horror story, and I've got a few of my own. But these guys were very helpful, friendly and open with me, that's all I can ask of any vendor. The car is great, and Cesar has already reached out to supply more info and answer some of my noob questions. Great kid, and a really good dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have not met anyone who enjoys purchasing a car, but I had a great experience at Freemont Acura. The staff was patient and honest, and we conducted most of the transactions through text. They worked hard to find the exact exterior and interior colors we wanted, and they were very clear about pricing.
