I had the BEST experience here! As someone who has absolutely no idea what I’m looking for when it comes to car parts (and who asks way too many questions 😅), I was honestly nervous walking in. But Jose was amazing, he helped me with my purchase, answered every single one of my “annoying” questions with so much patience, and never once made me feel embarrassed. He was super knowledgeable and quick, which made the whole process stress-free.
I also want to give a big shoutout to Jeff, who helped me with returning my core. He was just as kind and helpful, and together they both made me feel so welcome.
Customer service like this is rare, they went above and beyond and turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into such a positive one. 10/10 recommend! 💕

Visited the location on Sunday at 2, but the part I got for my vehicle was not a match, but the representative, Rafael was able to correctly identify the right piece that was needed. The representative, Rafael is always very knowledgeable, and friendly. However, the other staff are normally very standoffish for no reason when it comes to carrying out returns/exchanges. Over the years the staff have always been combative to help customers return items, but awesome people like Rafael help keep the organization in place to counter the other reps. Who always sass their clients for no reason, even when you return parts that were purchased and not installed. This store needs more training to have staff trained to work like Rafael: effective, expert at diagnosing issues, and most importantly with good customer service skills.
