Service department was friendly and worked with me to make sure all concerns were addressed on my vehicle. Jimmy and his team were professional and personable. They have skill and experience to get job done right. Root cause of symptoms felt driving were fully addressed and they explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!

*EDIT - I rented from APEX through Turo*
2 good experiences and 1 awful!
Picked up car and it was filthy and smelled like a combo of wet dog & cigarettes. There were used qtips, dried liquid stains on seats and all over car. One of the hosts was so extremely rude and said it wasn't that bad. It was so gross that I laid towels down for our trip even after wiping down. There was dust and water marks from cups in cup holders. Host threatened to take the car and leave me stranded during my trip. Turo's customer service took over the communication as I expressed safety concerns, they advised me ok to continue with rental (I had no other choice so last minute) but I will not rent from APEX again and warn others to proceed with caution. The APEX host continues to harassing messages in the Turo chat even while I was on the phone with Turo customer service on the day of pick up and again while returning car. I called Turo so that I would have them on the line in case the host tried anything while I was on the lot. Horrible experience, felt very unsafe. Also host says they will take down negative review
*I ended up contacting Better Business Bureau and Turo voided the bogus charges from the APEX host, who is creepy and harassing through the app. I've tried to close my Turo app but get an error message

This dealership is extremely dishonest. They misled me and hid important information, which forced me to pay for things I never wanted — hidden fees and shady charges. On top of that, the car they sold me already had problems. When I went back for service, they wasted an entire afternoon doing nothing but turning off the warning light without actually fixing anything. Just a few days later, the light came back on. Unfortunately, by then the one-month warranty had already expired, and now I have to pay out of pocket for repairs. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this place.

I don’t know about the car dealership itself but do not book with them through Turo for a rental car. I booked a rental car with them I got there and did not see the car, they made an excuse stating that the previous driver did not return the vehicle and sent another car as if I would be crazy enough to book with them again. AND then had the nerve to cancel MY reservation as if I did not show up. Real scammers. Just with that alone I would not do any business with them at all.

I purchased a vehicle at Apex last month and am very pleased with the service I received! I was hesitant at first since I typically would only purchase a used vehicle through a name brand dealer but I was looking for a certain work truck and found it at Apex. I read the mixed reviews and was skeptical but decided to give it a chance. I inquired about the truck online and received an immediate reply from Ben by email and phone call. He was very nice and offered to set up an appointment for a test drive. When we went Ben greeted us and had the truck ready for us to evaluate and drive. He was very friendly and easy to get along with. He was not pushy at all and gave my son and I time to go over the vehicle and talk amongst ourselves. We heard a small noise and Ben assured us that if it was a problem within 30 days that we could bring it back for a service. We have not had any issues thus far but did purchase the extended warranty just to be on the safe side. Pauline helped us with our financing and provided all of the documents that I requested. She was very efficient and fast. The entire process was very smooth and pleasant. I believe if you go into buying a car with realistic expectations that Apex is a great dealership to shop at. I would recommend anyone to try them out! A big shout out to Ben & Pauline for all of your help! Thank you!

Really happy with the experience!
Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The car was just what I needed and drove great the whole time. I didn’t have any issues, and that peace of mind is what matters most when you rent a vehicle.
No unnecessary steps, no stress, just picked it up and got on with my day. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others.

Best preowned inventory, they recondition their cars like no other used car department. Everything’s like new. Also, they just added a 24 hour rental department. That is the best I’ve ever seen.

I saw the vehicle that I wanted thru one of their car ads, and made an appointment. I told them what I wanted, I showed them my pay schedule I put a small deposit then came in the following week with the remainder. The process was very smooth, A month later I got my title. I give this place two thumbs up.

Where should I start? I’ve bought another car and as usual, service is way above standard from their staffs. Ben and Pauline helped with the transaction and everything was explained so I can understand. After everything was done, they walked and introduced me to their service andvisor and Gary, the owner. Everyone was so welcoming and will for sure come back in the future for another car.
