I’ve been going to this place for a few years now and the service is definitely not how it used to be. Ardeine really was the heart and soul of this place and all those great reviews back then are all because of him.I’ve taken my two cars here a number of times for alignment, new wheels mount, and new tires mount and I’ve never had any issues before. The AR staff is no longer friendly and may judge you for being a woman. The service for alignment now takes at least one hour and I’m not even running crazy stretch tires or camber. I’ve been running air lift for over 4 years now. And both cars are on bags with height sensors. Thank you for questioning me as if I didn’t know anything about adjusting my drive height and how driving on the wrong height will effect the alignment. When I’m sure there’s many other ways to go about questioning the customer’s knowledge.I came back in Feb 2024 to get my new tires mounted, alignment for the car, and alignment for my other car. And this was when Ardeine had already left. I was allowed during this visit to adjust the height to how I wanted while the car was on the alignment rack although the worker was reluctant.. The ISF turned out fine but my daily started to rub after a month of driving. So I asked if it’s okay to come back to realign the daily. I did not beg for a discount or blame them for the issue. I just simply asked and they agreed to half off. So that part was fine since it’s my fault for choosing that height. Either way I was more than willing to pay for my own mistakes.But today..I understand it’s customer safety to not be allowed to go back there but I just ask for a few short minutes to adjust my own height to how I feel and see the car. No shop has denied before. But I got denied and now my front of the car height is almost as high as my going over driveways height… then I was told if I want to change it again it’ll be another $90 charge.I was very sad to hear Ardeine had left and still wanted to give this place a try and now I know I won’t be coming back.

I came in here for an alignment because I was gettin bad tire wear and when I came in Seth helped me right away, got my Yukon on the lift and him and Joe busted it out right away, didn’t take much time at all, car coasted down the freeway like a dream, great company

I needed an alignment corrected from a previous shop's mistakes at the same time centering my new steering wheel. I booked an appt. here few hours before arriving early and Patrick welcomed me in.He understood my car's need and broke down the job for me and he and his team fixed up my GR Supra's issue super duper quick!I highly recommend these guys and will be booking future services with them soon. Real legit car guys, friendly and professional. Exceeded my expectations. 10 star review!*

I asked for a quote for a new ignition switch, labor cost only, and they wanted 450 -$600 for a one-hour job which is fairly simple.I got it done elsewhere for LESS than $150 total (parts and labor included).Make sure you SHOP AROUND. There are still fair and honest mechanics in the Bay area.

Patrick was able to accommodate me by doing a same day wheel alignment. I requested a quote through Yelp in which he responded to immediately, and answered all my questions. The price was affordable and the service was extraordinary. Highly recommend this place.

I had a good experience getting my wheel alignment done here. Staff was friendly and competent. Work was done reasonably quickly, at a lower price than I could find elsewhere. This will be my go-to place for wheel and alignment issues going forward.

This is my second time visiting ARtire and it was just as pleasant as the first. This is one of the few shops where I can set an appointment online, and they will get back to me with a confirmation in a timely manner. After dropping off the vehicle for an alignment, I was able to get get back on the road within 30mins and everything felt straight again. Thanks for all the help, I'll definitely be back for future services!

ARtire responded quickly with a quote and I was able to book an appointment at my convenience. I got a new set of tires mounted and balanced, plus an alignment and everything was done in a little over an hour. I will definitely return for future services. Awesome customer service, the staff were experienced and knowledgeable. My only gripe is that they put silver weights on my dark rims, but that's just me being picky lol. Thanks guys!

I've been going to AR Tire for couple years back when i had an LS430. I recently moved to Vegas and drove back down for a funeral and really needed a rotation and balance and to remove all 4 spacers on my Tacoma because they were really rusted out from all the off-roading i've been doing lol. i made an appt early this morning at 8am for 10am came in only took 1hr. Ardeine is really professional and awesome. ARTIRE is the only shop in the bay i bring my car or truck too.

My 2nd time at ARTire and very happy with my experience with replacing my pilot sports 19's.Excellent pricing, prompt service. The team communicated well and in timely fashion via FB messenger.Had an unrelated issue after that they resolved promptly as well.Will definitely be back!
