There is no option for Zero star. The reason for this low score is being refused today at 10:45 to just top up my hotspot. Totally unprofessional approach for servicing tourists from Europe. Present my EU passport, but this so-called Att rep. just replied that he needs a USA driving licence or passport as proof. Never back to this place and buying Verizon SIM now. Goodbye AtT forever

Made an appointment online but the rep said the appointment will not be honored as he is the only one and he asked us to wait as a regular walk-in. Took my business elsewhere.

the staff helped me to add a line to my existing plan added a unwanted protection plan for me even I clearly indicated that I dont want it. Have to call ATT again to few days later after I found out.

I have to give a review for their absentee when the store should be open. They are courteous enough to print a sign. But I would put emergency if it is really an emergency. I'll change my review once I get a support from the store next time. I"ll add a photo later.

Only one person available & he was super unhelpful mainly due to his poor communication, lack of knowledge pertaining to the company and overall rude behavior. As a result, I was forced to go to the Main Branch on Fremont Blvd. (where I met Rob, a super helpful AT&T representative)

I would like thank and recognize Andrew for his help this weekend in adding a new phone and line. He was very helpful and transparent explaining all the different plans and features. He was well informed and I left feeling my family and I had received good advice and service.

As soon as I entered with my toddler in this store, both the staff were looking into their phone with no other customers. They looked at each other to find out who will help me, one of them approached and asked the question. The next answer before i could even explain the problem was call the customer service. When I explained I have already spoken to customer service, their next statement was to go to a store at another location as they dont offer porting service.

People here are a lot nicer and willing to help even though they about to close the store. The one in Fremont hub is garbage, employees are hiding inside chatting and doesn’t what to help. I will never come back to that at&t store again

He doesnt even know how to port a prepaid number. Just straight up told to my face that the PIN which I provided was wrong as in first place he doesnt know what he’s doing.

Spent 2 hrs porting in an number last Friday. And I got my iPhone 14, shows that it is not ported yet. Please get ur employees trained. Such a waste of my time. Do not come here. I’m switching to t mobile. Good luck.

Don't have enough experience or had enough training to handle the customer issues.. I had an issue with my esim and I had to wait for more than an hour saying the issue is with the server.. but looks like after visiting another att store in Fremont Blvd, came to know it was some setting issue in their application..which they fixed in less than 10mins and issue got resolved for me..
