Great place to store! Outside units have 24 hour access, and interior units have access 7am to 7pm. Office hours are 9 to 5 Monday through Saturday. Always kept clean, and very good security

Diana runs this place, she is an amazing women and she has been a true pleasure to rent from and speak with over the years. They have other people at the facility too, she is training people and so if they are even half of who she is you will truly enjoy your experience. After renting for several years here, I am too far away to maintain this location for my storage needs. Here is a picture from my cleaned out unit, its a great place and I highly recommend you popping in and saying hi and if you need to store something here, its very secure and access is really good for those if you hardly go or need regular access. Hey here is a picture of an empty space that I just vacated, it could be yours!

It has been undeniably an amazing experience with my storage from day one here with Automall Parkway storage. In the past my experience has been negative with self storage locations. When I looked in to Automall Parkway , Sophia toured me and made me feel like I was to become a member, not a number. Engaging conversation and questions showed me that Sophia was going above & beyond to meet my needs for my items. It has definitely been a complete opposite experience that you assume to get @ self storages. Automall Parkway Storage is without a doubt in my mind my first recommended and rated self storage. The Customer service is fully engaged from the moment you set foot in the office.

I don't recommend this storage, when I got my unit on ‘17 customer service was good now is horrible. I am so disappointed the customer service is terrible

I had a unit/storage for almost 2 years, in the beginning the customer service was great but lately is horrible, impolite and rude, I found that they increased the rent without previous notice and they applied fees on my account without my consent

I just removed all of my belongings from storage and I can say that I am still pleased with Automall Pkwy Storage! Diana is probably the best manager I have ever met. She maintains the facility so that it is very clean. The clean and orderly way it is maintained and their security system are really what made me most comfortable. Thank you Diana. God Bless at the new facility! ps. I recommend keeping detailed records and photos of what you store. It just makes the whole experience even better.

Diana, at Auto Mall Pkwy Self Storage, has been amazing. My Club has been storing our things there for many years. Diana is very friendly, and pro-active when I forget to send in rent on time (gives me a courtesy call so I can avoid a late fee). Invoices come via email, as well as receipts. Thank you! - Sharon
