Had an extremely pleasant experience with Rick. We hit a deer which had damaged the car’s front body and pre-collision sensor. Rick gave us an estimate of the cost and dealt with the insurance inspection. He was also kind to give us a rental vehicle for the time the car was undergoing maintenance. When finished the car was as good as brand new with accurate cost of paint and other features. Will highly recommend for any auto related work and maintenance.

This auto shop is great. They are friendly and know how to solve the problem for the clients. I have a 2015 Toyota Avalon. A ring was accidently dropped into the shifter gear box. I tried multiple auto shops, and was told it was very difficult to take it out and cost at least $250. I stoped by at Auto Tech Body & Frame to just give it a try. The technician/boss was very friendly and said he would try to help. It only took him 30 mininutes to get the ring out and the charge is pretty reasonble. My wife and I were pretty happy. Realy appreicite his service. Five stars.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with their exceptional car repair skills.I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Rick, and his dedicated team who were not only friendly but also demonstrated sincerity throughout my experience. We had a Tesla hit by a truck on the side and they were able to completely repair it to look brand new with amazing paint work. It was also done very quickly and affordable!! Highly recommend them.Services: Painting

Last week was the 4th time (in 7 or 8 years) that I had to bring my car to this body shop. This time it was due to some idiot who hit my car in a supermarket parking lot and left without leaving any note. The shop owner, his wife and his workers still remember me. As always, they provided me with a reasonable quote, did the repair perfectly and satisfactorily, sooner than the promised time. Although visiting a car body shop is never a pleasant thing to do, the service and quality of service they provided is so remarkable. I am glad I chose this shop 8 years ago. Thank you all at Autotech.

2nd visit and both times 5 star services. Ana & Reyes Cardenas make you feel at ease knowing you are in great hands. Both times I've went through them with a claim through AAA and both times have been a breeze. Communication and punctuality on their delivery is always on point. Any comments and concerns were addressed fully and I could rest easily knowing I was in GREAT hands. Replaces front fender, bumper, grill and headlights. Matched color and exceeded on their prompt delivery. Thank you a million.

Excellent customer service - My car was making an exhaust noise and wanted to have it checked. I thought someone might have stolen the cat converter. The owner listened to it and mentioned that it needs to be put on the lift to diagnose. There was a crack in the exhaust and explained that it can be welded for a very reasonable price. He also suggested to take it to the dealer, since my car is fairly new. He was very fair and transparent. I was not charged for the diagnostic and he was perfectly Ok with me returning back later in the day to have it fixed. Big Thumbs Up.

The job performed was done great! Pricing was reasonable as well for a damaged subframe, new struts, and new tires. Junior and his cousin did a great job and they were very upfront about what needed to get done. The owner Rick and his wife offer reasonable rates as well.

This place it's phenomenal with their work. My company has an account with them and they do exceptional body work in a limited time frame. Super friendly customer service, and pretty fair rates and labor costs.
If you reside in the Fremont, Newark area, I hardly recommend contacting them for a price quote first.
